The Gardens
Picturesque ocean landscape with stunningly orange rocks. The orange color comes from lichens growing on the rocks. It was very windy the day we visited. The drive up along the east coast of Tasmania was beautiful. There are lots of places to stop and small towns to check out. Make a day out of it!

A recreational area with rocks and boulders not to be missed. A short walk from the carpark leads to the orange boulders .There is also a secluded white sand beach which you can enjoy at peace.There are no public toilets or picnic areas around the conservation area.

Stunning place and it is worth to drop by and explore, especially climbing up the rocks for vantage view. If you are in luck, you may even spot some whales.

Extremely picturesque location! Was busier than expected but it’s a large location with multiple beach access points and and look outs so everyone is spread out! The beaches a beautiful and the rocks along the water front are spectacular! I can highly recommend coming and checking The Gardens out!

Amazing views, pure blue ocean. Great place to visit if you are travelling along the East coast of Tasmania. It is a must see! Small little walking trails around the area and enough parking along different spots of the beach.Visited there on a cold summers day so didn’t get a chance to swim but looks like a place to enjoy a relaxing paddle.

You don't often see naturally painted rocks that too if they form a spectacular sight. This is one of such rare places on the planet Earth that you can't just miss.

The Gardens or The Bay of Fire, whichever you want to call it. Really nice spot on the west coast of Tasmania. It was just beautiful to see the rock formations colours and pristine beaches. Yes I went in winter but it was so much nicer not having the hundreds of other tourists here. Take a packed lunch of some soup and crusty bread and enjoy a day at the beach on winter!
