Mum is delighted to receive another bouquet!The replacement flowers are exactly like the picture online and are really gorgeous.The ones delivered mistakenly on Mother’s Day have since come into full bloom and are looking wonderful too, so mum is chuffed.The card that came on Mother’s Day was the correct card, so that’s a relief!!Original review:2/5 starsOrdered flowers for Mother’s Day 2020, spent over $100 including delivery to 1km away. Delivery was fine, but the flowers were disappointing. The picture advertised on the website was totally different to the flowers that arrived. The picture and description included a vase, but we never received one.I know the fine print always says that flowers vary based on availability etc but this is totally different, not a slight variation, and certainly not $100 worth.

I would highly recommend this florist shop. My first time ever in my lift use flower order service, it exceeded my expectation, I would definitely come back. Gorgeous flowers.

I am very disappointed with my delivery order of flowers. The arrangement looks like it was just thrown together and flowers all clumped together. Very unprofessional and messy. Not to mention there were only 3 roses in whole arrangement and no ribbon added as per original order. Definitely not be purchasing from here again. What I thought would be a pretty arrangement looks nothing like the original order photo. Most unhappy with the end result. Dont waste your money....

Buying from the States during this never-ending pandemic and this florist is easy to purchase from online. I used them once for Mother’s Day and they delivered promptly even though I only ordered the day or two before. For my mum’s birthday, there was a mixup with the delivery date and they were easy to communicate with via email and addressed it kindly. The flower arrangements are very beautiful and last a while. Looking forward to visiting in person one day.
