Had a fantastic experience at The Eye Piece, Wahroonga recently. I went to get new multifocal lenses for my existing frame. Erica looked after me and took a lot of time to get them just right for me. The old lenses had the reading area too low for my taste. After I had paid and left, Erica called me to say that she spoke to their technician. The super slim lenses that I had chosen would not fit my frame and we would have to go a little bit thicker. This meant that I would even got some money back! I love that she went the extra mile for me and think this is extraordinary customer care! Picked up the glasses last Thursday and am very happy with the result. Thanks to Erica and the team at The Eye Piece.
