Great building and lovely staff, would highly recommend! We have been working with the team before they finished the building and throughout they have been extremely open with the construction, the builder and the state of the building.Always prompt and easy to deal, can only highly recommend them!

My wife and I looked at this amazing apartment building with a view to see what a new high rise apartment living would be like. The agent who showed us around was very keen to give us a tour of the several different styles of three bedroom apartments, located on the top few levels, so we got to see several different layouts. While the building was very impressive, none of the apartment layouts were exactly what we wanted. If we could have taken some features from each of the apartments and put them together, we would have ended up with the perfect place. If we were paying upwards of $4M for an apartment, we wanted it to be almost perfect, and unfortunately this was not the case with The Landmark. That said, the views, finishes and general inclusions of the apartments appeared to be of very high quality and it would be nice to live there, if we wanted to compromise our lifestyle. The facilities were excellent, but totally inadequate for the 1000 plus residents that would be living there and using them on a regular basis. The lap pool was disappointingly small for a complex of that size and was not much bigger than an up market domestic pool, spa and sauna. The gym was very small. We counted around half a dozen pieces of gym equipment, so your chances of being able to use the facilities during the day, would be very limited. The two cinemas and library were nice ideas, but I suspect booking these venues would be a nightmare, with so many residents in the complex. We quickly decided The Landmark was not for us, but it was certainly an interesting concept in vertical living, somewhat overpriced and with amenities that appear far to small to serve all of the residents, once the building is completed.

Management has recently installed speed bumps in the carpark from levels B2-B6. There are 15 speed bumps for those residents unlucky enough to be parked on the lowest level of the car park. Owners of high performance vehicles, with low ground clearance, are now unable to park on the premises. This was a poor decision made by management, that disadvantages many residents for the sake of a few people not observing the speed signs. A big mistake!

NOT A PLEASANT PLACE TO LIVE.1. The strata management is insanely bad, I can give a hundred reasons, but permanent exposed visible garbage right at the main driveway / carpark tops it off when this is marketed as a luxury building". Another is the decision to install speed bumps every 6m... Coming home everyday to be greeted with garbage while bouncing up and down is always fun.2. The wind... the architect / developer must have cut costs on the glazing and installation. Landmark by the nature of being in 500 Pacific Hwy is a wind corridor. The cheaper decision to single pane glass (instead of higher quality development which uses dual panes with air gap) makes the wind smash into glass so loud and also sirens and traffic is EASILY heard no matter what level you are.3. There were many bathroom's leaking - kudo's to them for going through of all them and inspecting / replacing some

I was hoping to rent a one-bedroom apartment in this new seemingly luxurious building and was able to view a couple of apartments. When I told the real estate agent my budget he pretty much laughed and said one-bedroom apartments start from $950 a week. You'd think for the cost of rent, the shared common areas and facilities would be impressive, but I was underwhelmed to say the least. They seemed like afterthoughts in the design plan. I have a few friends who live in the building and it seems the management team isn't very friendly and is hard to deal with. However, I will give the Landmark one star for the great location, right next to St Leonards train station, a half-star for the fancy lobby and another half-star for the nice children's playground nearby.

A great high end building on a very convenient location. Can't complaint on the stringentstrata regulation to keep this new building nice and beautiful !Comparing with the next door Mirvac apartment (St Leonards' square) where the residents often complain about scratching their cars while driving through the narrow car parks, we never had an issue since we moved in

Visually it really lives up to its name! Suddenly it’s easier to see where St Leonard’s train station is when u look up and see this shiny new avant guard high rise residential tower…

Everything about this place is horrible just like the Mirvac apartments next to it.I went for an inspection as I was looking to move into the area.First thing the agent from Miland asked me was if I could afford to live in such a building. Follow by many invasive personal questions regarding my finances. The apartments seemed small, building quality was shabby and the sound of wind smashing against the windows was insane. The amenities seem to only be for show(out of service when I went to visit) as the capacity is quite small considering the building has 1k+ residents.I'll give the landmark 1 start for having a nice play area outside. For those looking to move into the area I'd recommend JQZ 88 Christie St.Also some of the 5 star reviews seem to be Landmark staff LOL

Recently bought a unit. I could see that the management is keeping the building settled well with new rules.I like the quality of the building as well as the car park. I had difficult time with the car park at the next door Mirvac where I used to live - on a multiple occasions, scratched my car when coming down due to the too narrow pathways
