Thank you Brandon. Amazing service. I had been to three other sports stores in search of my particular running shoes and none of the other stores were interested in helping me. Brandon took the time to search and see if he was able to order them in. Unfortunately he wasn't able but he suggested a similar shoe which was cheaper than my usual brand and they are wonderful. The store was super busy and yet Brandon was attentive and respectful. Amazing customer service!

I received great customer service from Mikayla. She was friendly, professional and her product knowledge was outstanding. She completely understood the importance of making sure my new runners accommodate my existing orthotic insoles. She is a credit to the Athlete's Foot organisation. Thanks mate! - I will definitely return to the store for my next pair.

Terrible experience. Waited for 20 minutes. One guy in the entire store serving. Completely ignored me and served every other person that walked in. Never again! Train your staff to open their eyes!

Entered the store looking to make a purchase for both myself and my husband. There was one person working and he was busy helping another customer. We would have been happy to wait had there been any interaction, but we weren’t even acknowledged the entire time we were there (10 minutes). A simple, “I’ll be with you in a moment,” would have sufficed. We ended up leaving as we felt so uncomfortable. Will definitely not be returning.

Waited for more than 15 minutes (I know I'm not exaggerating the time because I was late and worried I'd not get to the shops in time). I wanted to ask for a size to try on but ended up walking out. The staff member was dealing with another customer and I understand being busy but they didn't even say hello or acknowledge us until we were going to leave. Should've just shopped online, which is what I'll be doing now.
