Andrew and his team arrived when they said they would; I found the whole team very energetic. They installed all the Shutters in half a day, which I did not think was possible, but they were very professional and took a lot of care. The Shutters look amazing. The installation was seamless, and Andrew was a gentleman. Great job.

Like all the other reviews on here, I just felt like I had to share the great experience in getting our roller shutters from Superior Roller Shutters. If you are in the market then do yourself a favour and just call Andrew first. From quote to install and ongoing maintenance Andrew has been just great to deal with. Can't recommend him enough!

No other company wanted to try to help with the repair of an older style blind. I called Superior Roller Shutters and Blinds and Andrew said he'd do what he could to help. It was a small piece that was required but he kept going and managed to find the piece required to repair the blinds. I seriously have never experienced customer service like this in such a long time, it really impressed me that someone would go out of their way to help me. Andrew and Shelly very professional and helpful and I recommend completely.

After calling many local roller shutter businesses in my area with no luck, I called Andrew as I desperately needed my shop roller shutter fixed to operate, he was amazing it certainly wasn’t an easy job but I am truly grateful for his quick service, communication and workmanship to get the store window up and running in time for a crazy week. Very happy with our roller shutters that Andrew installed at our home. We chose the 240v motorised shutters and are glad we did, they glide smoothly and are much quieter than we expected. We were recommended by a friend and I can see why: Andrew was professional, very knowledgeable and was precise with the installation. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Andrew was great with communication and reliable on scheduled appointment. Quickly fixed my motorised shutter and repaired some heavily dented panels as in image; now only mildly noticable and perfectly functional. Offered to replace panels but it looks great after the repair. Such a pleasure to recommend such a professional and skilled business.

We had a large electric shutter blown in during a storm and contacted Andrew who came up to Caloundra and did a measure and quote for insurance purposes. The quote was accepted and Andrew ordered the blind and came and installed it. He did a fantastic job with which we are very pleased. He tidied up some other stuff for us as well. A great family business and lovely to deal with. Thanks again Andrew.

A lovely family run business, with customers in mind. At no point did Andrew pressure me into going with him. He came out and did a quote and showed me everything and answered all my questions I had. I still needed time to process things and do my research. I asked him a few more questions and then engaged him to install our outside shutters. The turn around was fantastic, I anticipated possible delays, but no, his turn around time was spot on. Thank you to both you and your wife for a great team effort. Will definitely recommend you guys.
