Really poor service.I had ordered a bunch of flowers to be delivered the next day, wednesday (which the site allowed me to select). Come the next day and I receive a text message saying my delivery would not be delivered until Thursday. No apology or sorry for the inconvenience". Although I was unimpressed with that

Great customer service experience. We call to get flowers for Mother's Day to pick up and we were able to pick up the flowers within 15minutes. The ladies there were very friendly and nice. For the flowers we picked up, the ladies gave us additional flowers.Highly recommended and great flowers selection they have.

The service and the staff there are amazing and very accommodating, they were able to give me a beautiful bunch of flowers at very short notice. As i had to store them overnight i had to keep them in water and they gave me a Vase at no extra charge!! 10/10 service and professionalism.Flowers still look and smell amazing 6 days on!!!

Thelma prepared 3 table centrepiece bouquets for a Christmas lunch. They were beautiful, fresh and full of colour.Our guests all remarked at how beautiful the flowers were and asked to take them home.I visited Thelma at her shop and she provided some great ideas in person to make improvements to what was displayed on their website. My suggestion is to talk to Thelma and plan ahead of time so that she has the opportunity to source the best possible arrangement.I will definitely order from Thelma again.

Enormous thank you to Thelma for making my sweet treat craving a reality! Thelma is literally the only shop in Australia who stocks Copperpot fudge (imported from England, and truly the best fudge in the world/ their awards back this). Anyway, Im In Melbourne and googled this product, and discovered Flowers and Sweet Hampers in Sydney had my favourite sweet. I called Thelma, and within the hour Thelma sent me the tracking number for an express post. I received my package the next day! That Thelma went above and beyond, at seriously little profit to herself, says a lot about this business owner. If this is what she would do for an interstate stranger- i can only imagine what lengths she would go to for her regulars. Its rare to find this kind of incredible customer service.
