I went to get my nails clean cut and painted but they said I was not aloud to I thought maybe cos I’m a man but they said my wort was too big and dangerous for infection they say “get out with witchy wort” I said it’s on my hand not my nose silly goose and witches aren’t even real get that ha ha

They didn't really make conversation much. They burner me while doing acrylics with the machine and were a bit rough with my hands.

Had a very bad experience the employees over there were very rude they keep on talking in there language and laugh out loud which is very ethical I recommend not to go very bad experience the staff is not at all friendly never ever going there again

I've been going here for 4 years. Loyal customer. I had one of their loyalty stamp cards and was on my last stamp.....($20 off next treatment) I booked in and the lady said I was even due to get my discount. She told me ! I advised her that I could not find my card. She declined my redemption when I arrived and refused to even give me a new card. She knew I was due and still refused. OMG what ? So much for loyalty and recommending them to other people over the past 4 years....I thought I had a great rapport with them.. Well see ya later rainbow. Thanks for the memories. I'm off to a new place. Your fault.Be careful guys.

Didn't cure the gel top coat she put over my normal nail polish (that I didn't even want) so my nails took hours to dry and had a bubbly finish.

If I could give no stars I would !!Walked in for a manicure - pedicureI also noted the timeHalf an hour for a manicure - pedicure for $55What a rip off !!! That is without nail varnishI’m sure there are other places that do a better job!!Never againAVOID this place.

They advertise $35 everywhere but when you get there they tell you only high school students and an extra $10 for tips. They left glue and powder on fingers because I called them out on the price thing. (Also they have rude customers who interrupt because of the price thing). Left a real bad experience. Also they are very slow.

I went there last week, NEVER AGAIN! I had SNS done not sure why but after only 10 to 15 minutes, the top coat was peeling off! I returned to the salon not once but 5 times in one day to rectify it. Each time they made up an excuse as to why it was happening. Over the next few days I noticed that more of my nails were affected so I returned today. Well……let me say they treated me like I was a thief or a scammer. They kept taking in their own language and made me feel so uncomfortable. A lady fixed my nails and said it would be the last time!! Umm do it right the first time and I wouldn’t have to come back 6 times!! On leaving I said to the manager Lina, that I was made to feel awful and uncomfortable and I didn’t like it. It was not my intention to cause a fuss, just wanted my nails done correctly. I suggested maybe it could be a faulty product?? Lina said no way and then told me to not come back to her shop. Ummmm wasn’t planning to!!!! Nail salons are a dime a dozen, plenty of other stores to get my nails done correctly!!!!!!!Customer service 0%Star - should be zero not one!!!!!

Lovely friendly staff, they did a great job and did the exact design I asked for. They paid lots of attention to the colour choices and the shaping. I will be going back to this salon and would recommend anyone to try them out. I really appreciated the quality customer service

I got recommend by a friend, who gets her nails done all the time here, they always look amazing. Today I had fantastic service; such a lovely lady who done my nails, had a good chat and laughs. I got shellac done, and it was one of my best shellac nails! There was many colours too choose from. And the price was very reasonable!
