I have opened a case for support on my Logitech G910 Orion spectrum 16 days ago and haven't got any type of support I love their products but the online case support is not how I expected a big company like Logitech to work. Haven't been able to work from home as the keyboard has stopped working and need support ASAP.

I purchased a G512 keyboard which had the common failure of the TAB key cap. I applied for a warranty and after a month (yes a month!) of review a replacement was authorised. Another month after that, the replacement still hasn't arrived and I've been told that it's out of stock and they will have to close the ticket until there's more stock next month.The warranty department is non-existent, the product quality has dropped whilst the price increased several fold. Even the sales department can't be bothered answering messages online.Go elsewhere; try Corsair or Razer for more reliable products with an actual warranty department. Heck, maybe they'd even like to sell you something unlike these clowns!

Update from last year .. this is our fourth Logitech harmony remote, it seems to have the same failing button year after year it is just the volume up button that failed..Love the remote but I wonder if they have a remote that doesn't fail!We were so happy with the replacement and the exact same issue has happened again ....Previous updatesMaybe dont purchase these remotesWe threw outWas with customer service over 40 minutesSuch a tragedy :(Staff recently sent a replacement.Thank you, let's see if it works.

Logitech has garbage customer support and im ensuring people dont make the same mistake that I made.I had a pair of headphones not work, out of the box, Logitech offered me several things which they ended up taking back as they didnt have the stock apparently and would not reimburse me for the wait.Now Ive been a loyal customer of Logitech for many years and would go as far as saying as most of their electronics that Ive used have been pretty good.But when it comes to customer satisfaction and loyalty, they'll throw you to the sharks, they dont care because their profit margins arent coming from the little guys

I agree with the comments given, purchasing a Logitech product is like tossing a coin, sometimes it’s head and sometimes it’s tailPurchased a Logitech MX Master 2S by paying close to $150, worked for 1.2 years and then the scroll stopped working. Called up Logitech customer support and they told me they won’t replace, and I will have to purchase another one by paying top dollars. They told me that we offer guarantee only for a year. My argument if I had purchased a $20 mouse then yes, I don’t care about the quality. This is an expensive mouse. Won’t be recommending or will be purchasing any Logitech product.

So BAD - anything but LogitechI needed a usb receiver that broke for a gaming mouse. After many emails and promIses of assistance - no help, no spares, no help. The last advice was to go back to the retail store - ? Buy Non existent spare. ? Buy a new mouse so I can have the replacement usb receiver. Anything but Logitech.

Terrible customer support given the history and number of premium products owned by Logitech. Product in question has a well known fault and the customer service experience was tone deaf to say the least. This company seems to actively want customers to try rival brands.

Like other guys,biggest complaint is the unfriendly website customer support,you would spend 2 hours trying to find how to file an warranty,and when you do succeed,you'd have to wait 1 month just to have your case closed & marked as solved which the guy has never even replied 4 of my messages,including my uploaded proof of purchase,which the mouse is only 4 months old(G903 wireless mouse double clicking problem). Not the first time had to deal with them for warranty. Will never recommend anything from this brand to anyone. Stay away from them

No support at all. No one wants to answer the phone, dose anyone read these pathetic reviews. if you have a problem with a device your pretty well stuffed. Try and bring it back to the shop and your double stuffed. OMG why did I purchase this $400 keyboard and a $250 mouse.
