10/10 service. I noticed my number plate was hanging in by one single bolt while getting fuel. I’ve never been here before and it was just up the road, Simon came out and fixed it straight away for no charge!

DO NOT GO TO GASSIT!This was a nightmare experience and I hope other riders learn from my mistake.I needed a service for my Harley and I had noticed some issues shifting gears. I thought I would support local and take my bike to a local mechanic. I thought I did everything right, I asked questions about whether they knew my bike, checked the reviews and called around.Not only did Simon not fix my bike, he actively broke it then tried to blame it on me. Simon burned out my gearbox which ended up costing me more than $2000 to get fixed by Harley Davidson and was without my bike for 3 months.Simon argued and fought every step of the way and ultimately told me to take him to VCAT if I wanted money back despite Harley Davidson and an independent insurance assessor determining the damage was caused by Simon. He was unhelpful, defensive and aggressive. I still don’t have my money back and Simon at Gassit still refuses to take responsibility.Avoid this place, save yourself a massive headache.
