One of the best Real Estate Agency I've ever deal with. Their fellow property managers are very co-operative and supportive throughout my renting time at St. Kilda East. I highly recommend Hodges Prahran/South Yarra for your next real estate deal (Renting, Purchasing or Housing).

I was sad to hear today my property would be moving to another agency today. Kate Banham at Hodges Prahran has been the best property manager I've had in many years of renting. Kate has always been friendly, organised, thorough & customer service oriented throughout the 3 years she's been my agent. I will very much miss Kate. First investment property for rent… what do you do? Who do you trust? Being new in the real estate game, finding a suitable agent was not only challenging but exhausting! A trusted friend recommended Hodges in Prahran to manage my apartment for rent. So I visited this petite office, and as you walk in, you face a table of awards which for me is a good sign. I am then greeted by the friendly front desk staff who ushered me to the boardroom where I met this enthusiastic and full of energy agent which made me think twice BUT once we got talking, the ideas, approach and potential future direction were not only achievable but realistic. I leased through this agency in 2021 and their property management team is excellent. Whenever we needed a repair or guidance of any sort they were prompt and helpful. Very happy with the service we received from Hodges, and in particular our property manager Natasha. As a first time landlord, Natasha was absolutely fantastic with helping me through the process, answering all of my questions and making everything as easy and straightforward as possible.

I have had a few disappointing experiences with Hodges over the years, but recently I have been dealing with Katie who is an absolute legend. She was the only one who took action for me when she came on board after I had been living without any cooling or heating for almost four years, and organised a split system (albeit just before I gave my notice.) She is lovely and kind which is a nice change from some of the less helpful ones out there! If you are lucky to be managed by Katie you will be pleased.

I have rented with Hodges Prahran now for just under 1year, but have just resigned with them for a new property for another year.This is a personal review of our property manager, but ultimately reflects on the businesses core values. People make the business after all.Katie Van Assche was our property manager in our first property.Throughout the course of our tenancy Katie has been amazing to deal with, both Professional, and diligent.Unfortunately we needed to break our lease two months early with our relationship ending. Katie made such an emotional and stressful time that much easier by supporting us throughout this process with compassion, kindness and warmth. These things should never go unrecognised.Going above and beyond to help us find new rentals to both move into.I can’t recommend Katie more and Hodges real estate.
