The Loxton Historical Village
I went there today and it's such a great place to visit.There's so much history there.It really shows how hard they did it back in the day.There's a nice little gift shop for souvenirs.The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.I truly recommend going here, so our history never dies.

Great experience - come check it out & sign the registra book (Entrance fee's goes towards more restoration) alot smaller than Ballarat but closer please support SA business's - bring yourself & the family, you'll love it.......

Excellent way to experience or relive the old days no matter your age. Professionally run by volunteers, a visit to this village is well worth the minor entrance fee. Not to be missed.

Excellent experience for the Rose festival 2022, great step back in time. Lovely morning Tea and Devonshire scones - very nice.. thanks all volunteers!

Awesome experience when I went during 2021. It was crowded with plenty of activities for all ages. The sheep shearing was very interesting to watch and it was nice going back in time to look at the history of Loxton.

Nicely maintained & presented. Smaller than the Tailem Bend one but as said, the area is looked after abit better. About a 1&1/2 to 2hr visit for us with toddler in tow.Absolutely lovely staff.

We were so impressed with Loxton Village a total credit to all volunteers, we loved there were so many things that we hands on, can never have enough for kids to get a real feel" for a place. Having so many different buildings to go in and view we really enjoyed
