Brighton Nails

Cant do french nails properly. Money hungry business. Rush you and do terrible job in order to take in every single walk in customer. Rude and forget that people are paying for a service. Will never return and will spread the word

Trying to do too many people at once. Botched the shape of my nails and over-filed them. Obviously misheard me and just removed my old shellac without the painting that I had asked for.Place didn’t feel clean or very professional so was happy to zip down the road to another place where service was much better.

Very poor experience, very unorganised and a total rush job. Booked an appointment for 10am for a mani and pedi and didn’t have someone start my nails until 11am. Left my nails soaking in acetone for over 45 minutes. Once my mani was done, they had to remove someone from a pedi chair - whose feet had already been in the water - and put me in that spot. Complete rush job on both the manicure and pedicure, very bad quality. Took over two hours for a subpar result.

They do a good job, busy place, worth making an appointment.Edit: I'm changing this review to 1 (I'd do 0 if I could). The change is entirely on customer service. I called and scheduled an appt because I did not have time to wait and had someone else watching my child. I clearly communicated this over the phone to the person taking the booking, and even double checked that she understood. When I arrived for my appointment they let me sit for 10 min before coming to say, actually I'd need to come back in 30 min (40+ min post scheduled appt time). My advice is that they do an okay job at nails, but I absolutely wouldn't recommend going here if you respect your time and need set appt times!

The girls at the salon are always lovely and slay my nails every time. 10/10 x

I booked my appointment for a friend and I at 2 got there on time and the place was full of people my friend got her nails started at at 2:25 so we were already waiting 25 minutes after another 10 minutes my friends and myself got switched mid was through her nails my nails started to get done as my friends sat next to me no one tried to continue her nails she was expected to sit a wait. Before even booking the appointment I read other reviews that said they rush nails and I completely agree. The nails themselves are looking fab but i the effort and time that was put in I was shocked the end result therefore will not be coming back.

Went to get my shellac taken off… It cost double of my local salon. The staff are not very friendly. If you’re in a spot and need a salon this would suffice, but I wouldn’t recommend as a regular.

Got nails done here today for first time. No attention to detail, very painful pedicure and let you leave their shop with nails which a 5 year old could have painted better. Photos to come
