When so many things these days are impersonal and online, what a breath of fresh air it was to deal with Community First Bank and especially with Renee Cummins. Renee called me after I submitted an online request for a term deposit. She walked me through the process step by step, answered my many questions and made appropriate follow up phone calls. The account was set up promptly. I'm a very happy happy customer and would highly recommend Community First bank but especially Renee.

We had an excellent experience securing finance for our car with Renee! From our initial phone enquiry through to signing the paperwork was so much easier than we anticipated, and Renee was so courteous and patient throughout.We never felt like we were being a problem even though we had to provide a bit of extra information because of slightly complex work circumstances.If you're reading this, you've obviously researched the rates and are just wondering about the service quality and speed-It was fantastic for us. I have no problems telling you to just call and ask for Renee. After that, it's easy. She'll set you up with a link to follow online to put your basic details in, and she was happy to sit in a 3-way call with us as we went down a list of everything we needed income-and-expenses wise and ticked off as we attached it to our emails and then sent them in.Just remember it's a mutual bank, so you'll need to become a shareholder for the °•☆♡princely sum♡☆•° of two dollars if you're not already a member.Thanks again to Renee for all your help, we really appreciate you going the extra mile for us and customer experiences like these are the reason I've remained a member of Community First since it merged with my little credit union back in 2016.

I have just had my 3rd loan approved by Community First. Renee was so easy to deal with and went out of her way to help and understand my financial position. As a long term customer of Community First Credit Union / Bank I recently had over a number of occasions sought the assistance of the Edgeworth Branch .All the Staff in this branch, and in particular Renee Cummins are extremely friendly, Helpful, and customer focused. Re-financing a Home Loan is always a pain in backside.These guys are awesome and the rates are outstanding compared to other intuitions.I'm saving a bucket load compare to my so called ex staff rates with a major bank who I spent 27 years working for!I would suggest checking out their Green Loans as well.I'm located in SA but had no problems with the application etc.All done online and just some follow-up phone calls.Narelle did all the hard work.Thanks guys ;}

The low rate credit card was easy to apply for and within a few days I had been approved. Dealing with Renee at the Edgeworth office was a pleasure. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone who is looking to change from any of the 'Big 4'.
