Mister Minit Fountain Gate 1

Never using these guys again. I got my watch engraved back in August to celebrate the birth of my first child. Have only worn the watch once since picking it up (as it is quite expensive and only worn on special occasions). Find out the they broke the side of the watch during engraving and didn't tell me. Very disappointed and will never give them business again! I will be speaking with them once I have received my watch back from repairs at Seiko as this is unacceptable!

Absolutely rude and the worse costumer service. No attention to details and any excuse to steal your money and overcharge. I asked them to replace the battery on my garage remote control (the job took less than 2 minutes and they charge me $23 dollars). When i went home, the garage remote was not working at all. The guy did my car keys instead of the garage remote. Then, I come back to tell them that the garage remote was still not working (receipt in my hands) they opened it and told me that I have replaced the battery myself as they only used Energizer batteries and that they did the job as I asked. they refused to rectify the job or provide a refund and were absolutely rude, raising his voice at me and moving on to the next customer and treating me as if i didn't exist. Report sent to their head office.

I greeted the guy serving here by saying “morning mate” and his response was “this side” pointing on his right for me to stand there. Came to me and said what can i do for you and i said need to change the belt for my sisters watch.Further after all his conversations was very RUDE and he highly speaking RUDELY to me telling me indirectly that i have disturbed him and as if I am unwanted here.Will never go to this RUDE mister again in my life.

I’ve been going to this mister minute for quiet a few years now, I got this PS5 controller engraved by them as a Christmas gift for a friend. When I spoke to the engraver he was reluctant at first saying it won’t be able to be seen however having a trade background I was able to make this stand out by using some nail polish and fine grit wet and dry sandpaper. Overall I am very happy with how it turned out.

Got a new set of keys cut and new fob for the X-Trail. The guy serving did a great job and made sure it worked perfectly by refining the key blade twice.Price was competitive and I will be heading back in the future if I need another one.

Team members were great ambassador's of the Franchise. There was nothing to big or to small that they didn't have the time to discuss or help you with.Truly a professional bunch of people and exceptional customer service. I would recommend this place for battery repairs, Key cutting and engraving whilst your out and about shopping in Fountain Gate Shopping Centre.

It’s a rip off. They don’t know anything about customer service and charge you surcharge for even any card payments. The stuff you can get online for $20 they sell it for $70. Do not ever go to this placeWouldn’t recommend anyone
