Friendly staff. Big open plan layout. Scripts filled quickly. Convenient.

I went there today to drop in some scripts and no staff serving, but 3 staff doing their utmost to ignore the line of customers while crushing some cardboard boxes, so had to call out and ask for assistance. Then when I came back to pick up my scripts a staff member was told by a customer that I was waiting and promptly walked off in the other direction.I had to call out and wave my arms to get the pharmacists attention as no one was available, then on payment 3 staff were loitering around at the front checkouts, totally useless setup, so much for shopping locally, try elsewhere and save your time

I arrived well before closing needing covids tests and cold and flu medicine and it was closed. Temporary hours attached

Pharmacist very rude, and a bad attitude. Front register staff with a hand in her pocket while chucking my purchase in a bag(which were breakable) And I think I interpreted her gossip session with another staff member just to pay. Won't be back.

I went in knowing what I wanted and stood at the counter for a few minutes. There was no one manning it, so I walked to the back where there had been a group of staff laughing and talking amongst themselves. I stood there for a good 10 minutes with a product in my hand and no one served me. I have friends that have made similar complaints. I put the product back and won’t be purchasing from this store again.

Kids who work" here have no idea what's in their shop and can't be bothered to interrupt shelving. I was at the back of the shop and was told "Do you see that man over there at the till

There were issues with this pharmacy being open, not sure what happened but it has been re done and now open for buisness.I give 5 stars for the staff, location, and products.The staff have been the funniest, most helpful, and kind staff for a pharmacy that I have encountered. I went to the CWH to get a few things for a wedding and need a bit of assistance, after speaking with 3 different staff during my purchases they all made me feel welcomed, and no question was too much. I got what I needed and walked away with a huge smile and loved the laughs we had.With so many options to choose from, I needed the assistance of the staff, with their help and advice we found everything I needed.Location: it is accessible from the front and back, I love the fact there is a huge carpark area out the back and that I can access the pharmacy there as well. Easily accessible for disabled and aged.I would recommend this pharmacy.

Look I am pretty hesitant to just give a poor review willy nilly, but my goodness this was a very annoying experience. The dispensary’s staff was rude (probably as a result of being understaffed), the wait was extremely long and after waiting an extremely long time for the script they told me they can’t provide it. Go to Albury’s chemist warehouse where the service is much better
