I have the similar complaint as the one below.I have spoken to 2 male stuff members which where rude and would not explain the reasons why Clarendon cant build with us.The female stuff members was lovely and helpful and the reason for the 2 stars.I would of loved to of build with Clarendon, what a shame. All because of rude people and poor customer service.

Walked in to just get an understanding on prices, the older man sitting there started listing prices for the luxe when I was looking at the standard. So rude. Poor customer service. I just wanted an understanding on how the price could go so high, and instead of that, I had this man stating that he doesn’t know where the money would be going. Thanks Clarendon. Great customer service.

Hendrik B. was amazing...great guy and amazing with his job. Gave us a tender for the house and to our surprise the final contract price came pretty close to what tender was. Gave us good suggestions for the house.great communication

I have just been passed to construction team and will like to share my experience so far.My experience dealing with Hendrik from Sales team in Brisbane Everleigh Estate Display Village has been excellent. He is a very helpful young guy and does go above and beyond. He was very prompt.- line of communication was appreciated as it was easy to communicate & he did answer urgent enquiries.- Pricing he provided was close going straight to contract.- Considering current market, it has been a great help.However, dealing with Tara (who does not work for Clarendon Homes any more) from administration team was poor. I am not sure why such a reputable builder like Clarendon does not provide mobile phone to their staff in administration team to whom you can reach out directly for small query! The desk number provided was never answered ( AFTER SPENDING A LOT OF MONEY TO BUILD HOME IN THIS MARKET CUSTOMER MUST MUST MUST BE ABLE TO REACH OUT TO THEIR ALLOCATED STAFF MEMBER ASAP DURING BUSINESS HOURS)I had to reach out to Hendrik from sales team few times during administration stage to get the ball rolling.New girl called Emily took over Tara almost towards the end of administration stage was good and prompt. She did her best to help out with whatever that was left at administration stage however the (desk phone provided was never answered). It still goes to Tara's voice mail. Absolutely annoying.Now I have been passed on to construction stage and I hope to receive a mobile phone number of the staff whom I can reach out for updates and queries promptly.Clarendon has good name in the market and I hope they live up to my expectation with regards to building quality and end product. I am sure they know that people work very hard to achieve their home building dream. ( I will update further with regards to my building stage experience). Thanks

We were managed by Hendrik for our initial stage of build process and he has been extremely supportive and helpful in explaining each and every aspect thoroughly. Definitley recommend for someone who is planning to build with Clarendon Homes in and around Springfield.We are infact building with Clarendon Homes and happy with our decision.
