Great work Braeden and his team to lease the property quickly. Very good communication throughout the process and hoping to have a long term relationship.

Unprofessional agent.Charge high prices and provide no service once you are on lease.The owner Braeden Tourier never pick up the calls and never respond to the emails. They are completely unsupportive and can do whatever they wish just to extract bit more money from tenants. Not recommended at all

I just wanted to give a shout out to this business. The company director Braeden called over to our place after work hours to re-deliver a parcel that was mistakenly left at one of their rental properties in Waurn Ponds.The parcel was really valuable to me and unbeknownst to Braeden he just made a conscious decision to get it back to its intended recipient as the delivery company had clearly made an error here. I personally think that this speaks volumes of him as a person, the values that he upholds and the integrity in the way in which he clearly runs his operation. I think anyone would be in safe hands in dealing with Braeden and the Fresh Property Management Group. Many thanks, Shane.

Could not reccomended these guys more highly. They rented out our property quickly and sourced great tennants. Were incredibly thorough with inspections (both regular and end or lease) and really good communicators by always keeping us in the loop about any maintenance etc required. Their online portal was handy too.
