Supreme Furniture

So this is how the story goes,the reason why i don't agree with other reviews and would like to share my experience here. (by the way while i was waiting for my mattress delivery that's when i read the reviews and kept finger crossed that i would have a nicer experience, haha and i got good one!!!)We started out one day to look for mattress, having done research online of various options we have, we knew what kind of mattress we need, budget, etc however wasn't comfortable buying online so went to see in-store experience.Visited at least 7-8 stores in Auburn and Parramatta area( outside and inside shopping centre) as we wanted to buy 2 mattress together, some had no stock, some had delay of 2-3 weeks, some sales person did not care whether we walk in their store or not, no smile, no greetings either attending phone calls, attending meeting or just strolling around.We stepped in this store, guy named Frank greeted us, i told him our requirement, he knew which ones we wanted, budget we had, i was straight to the point, did not want sales pitch rather tell me how much, when and what you do differently. He gave all info, and we walked out of store saying that couple of more stores i would like to see before we finalise.After few minutes, we went to store, he greeting us again, made a deal and did all paperwork with a big smile on his face, he was as excited for this sale as we were for purchase. More than the product we were looking for confidence in the process, (glad i did not read the online review before purchasing else that would have added some degree of doubt. )So we went ahead, paid the money in full, and walked out happie zappie.We were told delivery will be in 2 weeks time and ETA will be provided, as i was waiting just made a proactive call to warehouse and store to ensure that its all on track, we were assured by each of the staff that yes all going well with delivery as promised.Got it delivered nicely, no issues, no hiccups,whole experience of buying in store, meeting Frank an enthusiastic salesperson and getting mattresses delivered as promised was so delightful.Highly recommend Frank and giving chance to this store.PS: i am from property sales industry and Frank had the same experience in past, apparently that reflected in his attitude and he was calm, polite and pleasure to deal with. We had a good laugh when i got to know that he has worked in the role and i am working in currently, i guess that's the reason his sales attitude was lot different to other store salesperson who did not care at all.God bless, please keep up the good work and i hope all your experiences with future customers be good and nice.

Don't buy from here... Bad quality bad service, and they don't honour their Warranty, and will do anything to wiggle out of it..

Extremely pathetic service. Bought whole bedroom wardrobes along with physio mattress but not worth of single penny. Mattress was not good, called for replacement and guy named Frank who is extremely rude and don't know how to talk, came for inspection and said because of stain your warranty is void. Never seen arogant person like him. I will not recommend any one to buy anything from Supreme Furniture.

Had a horrible experience with this store, bought a sofa on 5th June, but it was delivered in defective condition and extremely poor quality.Highlighted it to the store, but they redirected it to useless service support, who have been giving all sort of excuses to justify the defects, and offered a replacement but cant guarantee the good item quality.useless and steer away from buying this cheap and fraud store.

We bought our dining table from this shop and we are so disappointed that why we spend our money for buying this rubbish all the chairs are in the terrible conditions after less than a year we've been so busy and we couldn't go to the shop although we complain about them before the warranty finish once we get there and the guy checked our warranty he said the warranty is finished because there is only 12 month anywhere when I insist on the quality of the chairs they asked me to contact their supplier it is surprising that if you buy anything from the shop you pay in store by you chase that up from their supplier obviously the supplier never reply and the ends with six rubbish chairs that you can see qualities after less than a year a gentleman call Frank is the only person you can talk to this shop and the rest of them they are so arrogant and ignoring you even when you are entering shop.... Don't even think about buying anything from this supreme Furniture

We bought electric recliners and the salesman said these are top quality, and will last .In first 3 months the electrical switch made sound and burnt.. They took more then 3 months to fix it.. now it's been a year and the foam is Flat and it's supposed to have 3 year foam warranty and when we called them they came and now say it's flat bit not due to Manufacturing fault but maybe the way we are sitting on it..lol I usually buy my furniture from Harvey or Freedom and they last for 10years + never had problem but these guys are thief's and liars

Very disappointed by their service I purchased dinning table and chairs from Supreme Furniture Auburn location next to Super Amart when I received it the table was cracked and I told them to take it back but they said no you can keep it now later email us and we will fix the issue than I emailed but they said they can’t fix or replace it. I contacted them by phone but the guy was so rude and didn’t even stay on the line to listen and hanged up he told me he doesn’t have time to talk. On the time of purchasing there was no problem with product not cracked but when delivered it was cracked now the telling me to pay full price again for another dinning table. They don’t do refund of fix this issue. I really don’t know what to do with them. They scam people when they take the money after that they don’t care about customer. Such a shame of running their business so unprofessional and dishonest and rude. I never ever recommend Supreme Furniture to anyone not even to my enemies. Please people don’t buy anything from them it is such a headache.

Is the one star the lowest star? I used to buy several furnitures from this store, however this time i the first time had the chance to experience their so called warranty! I bought a L type fice seats sofa two months ago, during this period i moved house once, about two weeks later after i moved to the new place, i found there was too loud noisy from the sofa when sitting on it, no matter how slow you sit down and how small movement you are sitting on it, there was always abnormal noisy. At first time we thought it might be not assemly well, then we tried several times to install it again, the structure is very simple, just a click, so we wont be wrong to install it. But the noisy is still there whenever you sit on it. I tried to call the customer service, they asked me send them pic and details, i sent immediately, but their response was they found i have moved to another address, so the problem is not their fault, if i want someone to come and have a look there will be cost! I replied this was not right they should come and have a look first, if this is not their quality problem they can talk to me later. But there is No Later, no response further, thats their service, thats their warranty!!So their furniture must be stayed at the first place when you install it, dont ever move it, if you move it, congratulations you give them a good excuse to get away from your warranty! You dont believe it, you try, good luck!

Absolute sham of a company. I purchased 6x dining chairs 2/08 from the Auburn Store. They were delivered 4/08 but the legs on all 6 chairs were damaged. We contacted Supreme 7/08 to let them know that the chairs were damaged and asked for suitable compensation for the damaged products. Supreme tried to give us a $300 store credit which I had no interest in taking considering the poor quality of the products we'd received. It took until 1/09 and a Fair Trading complaint for Supreme to agree to refund us and pick up the products which had been sitting in our apartment for almost a month. The chairs were picked up 8/09 - however now they have stopped replying to emails with three unanswered emails sent between 02/09 and 11/09 AND still no sign of my refund. I would recommend consumers avoid at all costs.

What a scam!Very disappointed!!How do you feel if the new bed head deliver in this condition?Try to call hundreds of time no one answer.This business is simply Scam!
