The reception staff are lovely, friendly & helpful.The Doctor who I saw was very professional & interested in what I had to say. She was in no hurry to get me out the door like I have had in the past. She was very caring. Thank you for helping me.

Bindi at reception is really nice and easy to deal with. Everyone else at this doctors is pretty average especially The main dr oksana is hopeless. I don't think she can understand English so if you actually need information or help go to another doctors office.

Not very impressed with one of the receptionist,but every other receptionist is kind and caring. Haven't personally seen any other doctors ,but currently have Dr Paul Jordan as my gp. Not only is he intelligent as heck , but he has an amazing bedside manner and all round personality. He will make you smile even if you're dying or feel such way. Cannot thank him enough for everything he's done /doing for me

Carolyn Ainscough is the most unprofessional person I've experienced in my life. She goes around harassing people and trying to get people fired when she doesn't get her way. Then she will proceed to lie about all events to sound like she is the victim. If that is how she is in her personal life I would avoid her professional life. A doctor should be someone good you can trust. Carolyn is not.
