A great gym with high quality equipment and is always hygienically maintained. Excellent, knowledgeable personal trainers available to assist. Highly recommended facility.

Good location, small gym, cheap, unfriendly, unhelpful people... unstaffed so you cannot check out the REAL (vs website) facilities before deciding if you want to sign up at all. Calls go unanswered. Best to sign up with Snap Fitness which is spacious, clean, excellently equipped and managed, with friendly, helpful folks happy to show you around and help you find a plan that works.

Like how easy it is to join and also entry into the gym is easy and safe. Great community of people there all varieties trying to strengthen tone and get their vessel into shape. Im really enjoying my workouts, great choice if machines and weights available.

amazing gym, great use has been made of the limited space, great range of equipment for all skill levels, the cleanliness of the gym and condition of equipment is on a much higher level then surrounding gyms.
