This place is usually lovely, however tonight my partner and I bought brodburgers and inside hers there solid white chunks of… something…, and she hurt her teeth biting into the patty. The staff were nice and cooked a new burger for us, but the replacement also had the same issue! My burger was clean, thankfully, but someone could’ve gotten hurt biting or swallowing whatever was in the mince tonight.

3rd time I've tried to eat here and the absolute last. 3 strikes on bad food. This time specifically, the mince is rare. This is incredibly dangerous. It's not steak, you can't serve it rare. Please have some basic hospitality and kitchen knowledge before serving the public.Consistently bad food here. The atmosphere is good, but the terrible standards and bad service have reached a point.I think the general low quality of canberra venues and the fact it's adjacent to a bar is the only reason this place can stay open.Avoid at all costs unless you want to spend $21 on undercooked badly made food.

According to my personal experience, the first thing you see when you enter the gate is the open dining environment and kind service quality. As for food, my favorite is VEG burger. I personally recommend you to taste this burger, because you will be attracted by its taste.Secondly, I am satisfied with the kind service quality and clean dining environment. This experience has given me very satisfactory feedback. I look forward to spending in brodburger next time. If there is an opportunity, I will give a service tip as a reward.

Ordered before heading got the order smoothly without waiting.Plenty of parking spaces outside the store which is very good. Even a musician was singing!Burger is great! Very good experience in Bro

This is a fantastic place to enjoy one of the tastiest burgers around, along with some of Canberra’s best craft beer in the same place .This place is huge offering inside and outside eating options.The last visit hear I noticed they had expanded and they have become very popular so the weekend can be quiet busy .One recommendation I could make is to have some sort of clock to give people a rough wait time on orders as we had a long wait over 1 h on food we where lucky we didn’t have time pressure this day, however some people do .And I understand later after seeing other order numbers I had around 100 orders ahead of me so I understand why it took as long as it did .Thanks for your great food and atmosphere.

Delicious as expected from brodburger. Pick up order was a tad on the cool side Parking was sparse so prob my fault for not factoring in needing to park a little way a way. Another food venue is taking up a lot of the road side parks

Brodburger inside the Capital Brewing Co brewery is the perfect food combo to the great selection of beers available on top at the brewery.I had the classic Brod burger and The Capital burger in two separate occasions and they were both sensational! Tasty, juicy and cooked to perfection as they should be. And do yourself a favour and order the chicken wings with blue cheese sauce, to die for! Can’t wait to go back already..

I'm not usually a big fan of fast-food burgers, but this one is an exception. I had the beef burger with blue cheese sauce. The patty was seasoned well, I could taste the fresh from grilled" smokiness of it and the blue cheese sauce was kicking. Overall I enjoyed the whole meal"

Burgers tasty, chips solidProblem is that every time you order aioli extra for the chips the meager serving blows my and the company I am with collective minds.While there is no beach in Canberra the tide is always out here.BYO sauce for a good time.
