As a new family enrolled to join Sheldon, we are so pleased with the friendly and welcoming staff, time given to our family and comprehensive school tour through the full student life journey. The Sheldon tours are in-depth and show great patience and care in developing relationships with new families. We appreciate seeing first-hand the classes-in-progress, hearing the traditions, routines and values of the school and walking throughout the grounds. We are impressed with the expansive outdoor space for children to stay healthy and play; the incorporated bush kindy program and the variety of available sports on campus. The classroom spaces are set up beautifully with a great use of modern technology to support teacher-led learning. Our impressions of Sheldon is that a great deal of attention and care is invested in the curriculum design, the right people are involved to exceed quality education standards and that tuition fees are invested back into the school with outstanding facilities that place Sheldon at University standards. The values of Sheldon speak well and we are pleased to find quality education to support our girls throughout their school journey K-12.We had the pleasure of meeting the new principle, Ms Kate Mortimer, in our interview. We look forward to joining the Sheldon community in 2023.

Sheldon College is was an amazing school for me. It taught me so much and has helped me through out my life so much. I know for some people Sheldon college isn't the school for them but I believe that it is a great school. When i struggled they pushed me to try harder leading me to getting much better grades. I highly recommend parents to send their child to this school.

I attended Sheldon from prep to year 12 and I absolutely adore this school. I had many amazing opportunities and the values, standards and expectations prepared me for my future outside of school. The teachers go above and beyond for their students and build meaningful connections as well as delivering engaging lessons. Students can pursue and develop their skills in multiple arenas (academics, arts, sport, etc). There's a wonderful sense of community and camaraderie that I very much miss since I've graduated. I loved my time at Sheldon and I would certainly recommend it for parents looking for a school for their children

Our daughter attended the junior school that she seemed to enjoy, overall I feel the school tried too hard and that comes across as elitism. The school seems to encourage perfectionism but I felt our daughter would end up with an anxiety disorder if she stayed - just a hunch. Too many parent evenings and parent social events that ultimately backfires with massive parent egos and politics the consequence. Strangely controversial school. Must tone it down, tone down the talks, and tone down the ads. I’ve never sat through such patronising talks. Shame as the school should speak for itself. Some teachers seem not to accept that their niche subject isn’t the be all and end all. Fear in an 11 year old isn’t attractive.Humility in life is king. Not enough love or laughter. Has lots of great teachers but overall the tone is too intense. It’s Bayside, not New York.

Amazing staff and school. One of my kids was left behind at our last school experience. With tutoring by wonderful teachers and help from lovely year level teachers, they are now above and beyond the year level standards. We are so grateful for the wonderful team and support we received. Thank you!

Their track fields are honestly the best out of any school i have seen, the basketball has died off a bit, not as much hype as there was once before and the school is nice in general.School is pretty expensive and is located in the middle of nowhere, which is mount cotton

My children first started attending this school in 2013. I think it has a great culture and despite being a private school it is not at all pretentious. A few years ago my eldest daughters needed a bit of extra support and the school did an amazing job of helping them. The staff and the facilities are great.
