Just spent an hour with the young man at fone assist hoping he could help me find what's wrong with my phone he went through everything even putting things in the cloud he finally found the problem the sim card he would not even charge me for the hour he spent on it I'm sorry I've forgotten he's name but I will be recommending him to friends and family regards jock
