Enviroflex

I'd be happy to recommend Enviroflex. They just completed our underfloor insulation working around plumbing and heating ductwork etc, including under the hard to reach low side of the house. They arrived on time in an Enviroflex labelled truck and shirts, were professional and were happy to explain about the work. We're looking forward to reduced energy bills this winter.

We will get to know how effective the insulation is in the coming months, however, the communication issues between the installers, operations team and sales have definitely left a sour taste for us. The quote provided included a part of the house that could not be accessed even though the sales guy had been into the roof. Upon installation we were informed that part wasn't done and categorically mentioned no additional parts were done either. Yet the invoice was still generated for the full amount and the narrative changed that all insulation material was used. After a lot of back and forth I have made the full payment but as customer I think they can do better.

We made the mistake of choosing another company to do our ceiling insulation originally and they did a terrible job.Enviroflex were absolutely amazing in organising an appointment to rectify the previous work, and they did an amazing job.We also got some retrofitted blow in wall insulation, and it would be an understatement the difference this has already made.Everyone who we’ve dealt with (special mention to Niki Cork) has been nothing short of amazing.

The A Team" of Howard and Alex filled the walls of our old weatherboard house with glass wool insulation last week and we could feel the change in house temperature immediately. Enviroflex can even improve house temperatures on the slopes of Mt Macedon!! Thanks guys."

Great job done by David and Joshua in installing the pink batts in the roof of an old Vic house. Initial assessment done on site. The guys were thorough in their prep, and took scrupulous care with their work. Well recommended.

I used Enviroflex to do the underfloor insulation for my house (1960s build) which has some very difficult to access parts. however this did not faze the sales guy not the installation team. They worked for two days and got all the areas done - even some areas that needed sand moved out to get insulation onto the floorboards. A shout out to the Enviroflex team and especially Jerry who went above and beyond working hard and resolutely and for great customer engagement skills as well.

We were very pleased with the the workmanship as well as the care/thoroughness taken to ensure complete coverage of wall insulation. The men installing the insulation were courteous, friendly, and did not hesitate to answer all questions posed to them. All details of the work were done well including clean-up when the job was done. We highly recommend Enviroflex for installation of insulation.

I recently used Enviroflex to refit my exsisting ceiling batts before installing new Glasswool R4.0 batts plus underfloor R2.5 Autex Polyester Floorseal Insulation. Calen came to inspect the exsisting ceiling insulation and then checked for the underfloor access. Quotations were provided promptly. He was so good to talk to about Insulation. Calen is very knowledgeable and was keen to answer all my questions. Niki in the office was extremely helpful and nothing was a bother to her.The installers were punctual and worked hard to get the job completed in good time. I have noticed that my old house isn't as cold in the mornings as it isn't losing the overnite temperature. I am sure my heating bills will be much lower in future. I can highly recommend Enviroflex for your Insulation requirements.A great company to deal with!

Great Team got stuck into the job straight away. This job was to put insulation Batts in the ceiling of an office in the Melbourne CBD, to reduce the noise across the internal offices. The Team of 2 were timely, kept the noise to a minimum to note impact staff working. Very nice and pleasant (A") team. Result to improve the sound proofing is very good with a noticeable difference. Advice and pricing of the potential stages of the job from the outset was very good to be both transparent and manageable."
