Great products and good service. They sold me some great 9 watt bulbs, which were nice and bright and had a built-in switch so that you can switch the setting from daylight to cool light to warm light. I'll be shopping there from now on.

I do not like writing negative reviews.We went here on Sunday to get some lights and the range and variety was really good. However, the staff must have been under the pump, I would have forgiven that given the pandemic. However, when we selected what we needed, we were charge the wrong price. After we were served the sales person just moved on. Not to another customer but just walked away. Befuddled, we left.Upon returning home we checked our receipts, and found that we were charged the wrong price. I returned promptly and asked the reason for the discrepancy and the same sales person said we were charged the incorrect price tag that was the higher price. (there was 2 tags for the same items). The person even said the actual price was higher than the tags stated. However, the person promptly rectified the error and handed me my receipt. I asked for a bag (to carry the bulky items) and was told they did not supply bags, and then left. I thanked the sales person for their help and that was ignored.There are many other lighting shops around selling similar products. I don't know if we will go back.I just hope the person was having a bad day as this is not the feedback I see on this Company.

Overall a good variety and helped sourcing the additional fan from another store. Prices are on par with most lighting stores and have some discounted items. Website is accurate as a guide.

The product I ordered was 4500 watts 4 tubes bulb which I could not find elsewhere online. But, when my order arrived I noticed that it was for 6500 watts!! I have put it into the standing lamp but yet to use it. Apprehensive if it may not be the correct voltage for my stand lamp, and may have another issue arising from using incorrect light bulb!! The postage was $40.00 and product I ordered was $47.00. A bit steep. If I knew that I could use ANY watt bulb then I would have bought it cheaper from Perth stores.

Sadly a bad expirience ordering online. Processed my order and charged me for an item they can no longer source. Nobody bothered to phone me to discuss only when I contacted them a month later to see why me order was still processing" on their tracking page was I informed. I hen asked for them to phone me once my refund was pro essed and again it seems they will avoid using he phone at all cost as no phone call as requested just an email. Disappointing won't be returning."

This store has replaced me a faulty chandelier for free, 1 month after warranty expired. Very rare nowadays. 5 stars.

Not too happy ordering with you unfortunately. When I first entered the site, it was offering 25% discount on all purchases. I had just bought the same lamp shade at your Jindallee store and got the discount but they only had the one. By the time I went in and ordered it, as got phone calls in between, the discount was no longer applicable. I needed the shade so went ahead anyway. Then I get charged $35 for delivery! I have never paid that much for anything to be delivered! Once again, I needed it. So the same one bought in store was $35, and just paid $85 for the same one. I’m sorry, but won’t be back.

Super happy with my experience buying online at The Lighting Superstore. Great selection of lights, and the chat now button was super helpful to find out about the types of globes I would need. Very quick to respond, great advise, and I am now eagerly waiting for my beautiful new lamps to arrive. Love online shopping :-)
