I'm a Truss Estimator for commercial jobs, currently looking at a set of plans from Engage.They are comprehensive, sensible and well drawn.I see a wide variety of plans from different engineers and these are some of the best I've seen for some time.Makes my job much easier when assumptions dont need to be made. (because when I make assumptions, they are always the most costly ones I can make.)Paying for good engineering will save you money on any project in the long run. A fact that seems lost on a great many people.
