Avoid at all costs if you would like any input on what you’d like done.I came in and requested a trim on the top and trimmed sides to clear up my ears. I was adamant to say that they need to be careful to keep length on the top as my hair is prone to spiking up.He immediately ran a buzzer vertically on my side. This was followed by some haphazard scissoring to remove the angle in my hair left behind.Eventually I had to ask him to stop and explained that he’d clearly taken off too much, to which he only meekly responded that my hair needed to be blended. He must have known he had made a mistake that could only be corrected with a new hat and some weeks of growth, so I was wordlessly offered a small discount.I would not have even paid that once I saw how it was all left, but unfortunately I wasn’t offered a look at the back or sides.Would not recommend coming back here as there is no care taken in what they take off.

Attended the barber to fix the job done by the barber shop upstairs. The barber was kind, explained what needed to be done to fix the issues and explained how it will grow out so we knew when I could get my previous style back. I am only in hats because of the other barber shop but able to do sports and actually look at myself because of the recovery these people did. Thank you for your kindness and work.

My first time in Indooroopilly shopping centre while visiting Brisbane from Cairns. On Sunday 27/12/20 while window shopping noticed HS Brothers Barbers & decided to call in without an appointment & waited around 15 minutes. I was very impressed with the professional service, [sorry can't remember the barbers name]. Haircut-Wet shave-Hair Colour & shampoo for AUD $80.000 & certainly looked & felt 10 yrs younger.Highly recommend this barber salon.

Have not been to a Barber in over 10 years beacuse of a history of bad cuts at other shops. The barber Ibrahim was great and a pleasure to work with. Gave me a quality cut and style for an affordable price. Clean shop too.

Honestly the worst haircut I have ever received. The barber barely spoke a drop of English and all I asked for was a light trim off the back and sides as I only had a haircut a couple of weeks ago and this was for my wedding. He completely butchered my hair and has now left me with something horrible for my wedding. Not only that, just arrogant and rude. Do not recommend and just find somewhere reputable.

Went in there with my two year old child after only two days prior for my own hair cut too be blatantly refused because they didn't want to cut his hair. He was also well behaved at the time and has had previously been there before for haircuts.Very disappointed and will certainly not be bringing my family back in for repeat business

Took the time to manage my ridiculously thick, long hair and treated me like every other customer to give the haircut I requested. Great work, exceptional customer service.
