Very Friendly and Experienced Team at Acclaim. My vehicle was taken care of very promptly and the results where Fantastic! I will return to Acclaim for all my Auto Body Care needs.

The team at Acclaim did an absolutely amazing job fixing up my car after the front corner of it got scraped by a truck. The damage was pretty extensive and they fixed it up to look brand new, even though my car is almost 20 years old now haha. The paint matching and new panels are absolutely seamless, which was super surprising considering the age of my car.Mark was extremely helpful with keeping me updated as we worked through the insurance claim as well; can't recommend these guys enough!

I normally give reviews when I'm not happy. But Matt and the Acclaim team deserve a pat on the back. I went in to the office, filled out a simple form, waited 2 minutes while Matt took pictures of the damage, and then went home. Not long afterwards I got a competitive quote for the job by email. I rang back, set a date and time frame, and then dropped off the car....wondering what would happen next (some previous experiences with car repairs have made me think of visits to the dentist for canal drilling). The car was repaired on time, at quoted price, and to my expectation. I drove away wondering if I should change dentists.

Had my car repaired here for an insurance job where the panel shop that originally took it on did a very poor job. Mark and his team did a fantastic job and even organised a wheel alignment and washed the car after fixing it.Would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job done in a timely manner with first class customer service.

I can also highly recommend Acclaim Croydon.The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. I needed a private job done and was getting nowhere with two other places visited first. Mark was great at actually listening to what I needed, explaining options, providing reassurance and organising the quote. The repair was done fast, my car was cleaned too (extra thanks!), communication great and the whole process hassle-free.This is certainly a business worth supporting!

Arrived on site with vehicle to source a quote, informed staff member that I was shopping around a bit that day for price comparisons. Staff member had me fill in paperwork while he took photos of what needed repairing. Informed that the man who arranged quotes (Mr Mark Yearsley) was not in the office at that time and he would email or message me my quote later on that day.A few days pass and I had received no email/message. I decide to call Acclaim to find out what the situation was. Asked if I was the guy who was shopping for quotes, then told that Mark was unable to give one due to the poor quality of their photos, I offered to come back in to get better photos taken. Told, in not so many words, that they didn't want my business. I can only assume that this is because I chose to shop around.Ie. If you want to see if there are better prices out there, we don't want your business or to give you a quote.Is that really a smart position for a business to have in the modern age, with platforms such as this in existence ?

This would have to be one of the most honest. Panel Shops within a 30kl radius and the best attention to detail. Mark is a man of his word and that's so hard to find these days. I will always be taking my car's there.
