Qi Healing Massages

Had head and shoulders with male masseuse. Very good. Returned five days later with my sister. Two young girls, slow to start treatment, talking to each other instead of concentrating. Almost like they decided to see who could stick their elbows into our bodies the hardest. No relief from the pain. Bruising to my neck and back over the next day or two. If you go here, ask for the male.

Staff so rude. There were no customers and I asked for crystal and she responded to the worker no she’s booked out. There were no customers then they chnaged it to oh she’s on lunch. Crystal is the rudest staff me ever I have ever experienced. I asked for another lady half way she said no we can’t replace. Then I said ok can I get refund for the remaining time left when said no refunds. Then she stopped massaging me 5 min early pretending time was up!!!!!

Dry massage is okay but I don’t recommend to try deep tissue massage. Seems like they don’t wash the face cushion or change towels after wiping massage oil from previous people.

One star is too much for this massage. I wish I had read the reviews here before getting my massage yesterday. I'm not even only disappointed, but also feel treated very unfairly and believe that these kind of massages should be forbidden, as the masseuse obviously doesn't know (or care) what she is doing to bodies.The masseuse was not friendly to start with, and when she only used one elbow to put on pressure on my back, I could sense her other arm and hand were continuously doing something else. I'm almost certain that she was texting on her phone the whole time. I wish I said something about it.Then, after a very disappointing massage on my back she started to put pressure on my neck a very long time. It didn't feel comfortable and it felt she was rather pressing my skull than massaging my neck. Again, I feel sorry for myself that I didn't tell, but I thought she knew what she was doing. Especially because today I woke up with pain beneath my ear and made a picture with my phone. I saw that the place where she was constantly putting pressure is bruised.I'm capable of reporting this practice, especially since they're located in such large mall where so many people can become mistreated and mislead, while paying a large amount of money.

There are two shops, and I went to the shop besides Lovisa (near the entrance)Forgot to ask the lady’s name (was there at 4.28 today), and was really pleased w the neck and shoulder massage. Woke up w stiff neck this morning, and the 20mins oil session helped alot! The guy who was at the counter was really helpful too. Thanks!

Worst massage I've had. Staff member was rude, texting during half of the treatment, untrained techniques and towels were old and worn. Should have been a red flag when they make you pay before your treatment. Go elsewhere!

Today i went there, a ladies come to saying after 40minute my turn. Then i go near by shop to spending my time, after 30minute i went back the shop another ladies told me i need to wait another 40 minute because they just took another customer which is jumping q customer. Bad serviceI putting one star because is minimum star i hopefully Google allow me to negative star. To make sure that i really really upset n no happy the service playing customer time!

Had a 20 min neck and shoulder massage after work as my neck was feeling tight. Unfortunately I seemed to get a very inexperienced young female masseuse. She pretty much just used her forearm and elbow to massage in the same motion the whole time. No variety and hardly used her hands to actually feel my muscles or any tension. Very disappointed.

Felt like they were just wishy washy rubbing oil over my back most of the time even. It felt like i was doing the wrong thing because I politely asked twice to press a bit harder because it was tickling me too much. I was told 'You can't massage on the back' I had literally paid for a neck back and shoulders massage. I wish I had have got up and left straight away instead of wasting my money.
