The service we got here was amazing!Location is great, helps that they have an airport shuttle service which was faultless.Our room was very basic but nice and clean, big comfy bed.I did think it was a bit pricey but taking into account that we got picked up and dropped off at the airport and everything else was really good I would recommend and happily stay here again.

I mucked up and booked the wrong night. Carol the front desk manager was extremley helpfull. Booked us in and made sure our refund was actioned.Very friendly and helpful staffNext time we will book directly with the hotel not third party

Cheap enough place to stay for us, you get what you pay for with that. However as mentioned a few other times, it was just the noise from other tenants due to thin walls I suppose. Good stay otherwiseGreat room, spacious and everything we needed.

Pro’s: Staff were super friendly at the desk and helpful.Cons: Rooms were sub par! Bed and pillows super uncomfortable for what you pay and the walls were super thin. We had to get up for a flight at 5:00am and had to complain about someone twice making noise. Could hear them through ear plugs at one point. They didn’t go to sleep until 1:00am, at that point we gave up.Wouldn’t recommend if you have an early flight or like to sleep in a comfy bed.

The hotel, location, service and staff (especially Alisha at reception) was super friendly and professional. She extended her support and assistance the way out. Rest of the staff were also very supportive. Excellent hotel, Id definitely stay again"

Room was ok just standard room. Have stayed there before had better room previously. Was there for a week this time and several nights it was pretty noisy with other occupants.
