I have been taking my children to see Dr Eric and his practitioners at Brain and Body Health for 8 months to help them with ADHD behaviours and neuro development. In a relatively short amount of time the progress my children have made is outstanding. I have taken my kids to see other practitioners and have not seen any improvement. But within a month my sons were happier in themselves and showed increased success in their school work, including hand writing, attention to the teacher, and better friendships. One of my children no longer has the intense emotional outbursts he used to have on a daily basis. I would recommend Eric and his team to any parents who's children were having issues with mental health, emotional regulation and concentration in school. He is Sydney's best expert in the Mellilo method.

Eric and his team have been such a pleasure to work with. We were referred to Eric by my sons Speech pathologist, and so we commenced seeing Eric 6 months ago for various issues. Eric has taken the time to make him feel so comfortable and so welcome. Eric is not only extremely knowledgeable in all fields , but also so patient and caring. We look forward to our weekly visits which have been so very beneficial not only to my son but the entire family it has made the WORLD of difference . I have been receiving treatment from Eric since November 2019, initially with severe lower back issues. Eric has provided excellent therapy information regarding my body and how I can maintain my muscles and joints. Now I ensure I visit Eric on a monthly basis to maintain a healthy pain free living. I’ve been treated by Eric for over ten years for my headaches and body aches. I highly recommend him. Eric is very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He takes the time to listen and looks at things in a holistic way. Eric has helped me with my motion sickness as well, which I am so grateful for since it was something I thought I would have to live with.The staff at the front desk are always friendly and helpful too, which makes for a nice overall experience.

Eric and his team have been amazing! So helpful and accommodating with appointments, as I travel 4.5hours for therapy sessions. Always happy to fit my son in for a couple of hours of an afternoon and a few hours the following morning. Making it worth my while to come. Eric is always easy to talk to, offering advice and suggestions and happy to answer any emails in between appointments.The brain scan taken initially confirmed so much for us-so much inflammation that we need to get under control. The primitive reflex exercises, using the Melillo method that we do regularly at home are not a huge commitment and have made a difference.I am more than happy to keep coming to see Eric and his team, helping my son to integrate his primitive reflexes, and reducing the inflammation in his brain with laser therapies. Can’t wait to see some more positive results!

We initially contacted Dr. Hansen as our 3-year-old daughter was not crawling or walking and was without a diagnosis from her neurologist and pediatrician. Upon review, Eric constructed a treatment plan to help eliminate primitive reflexes she should have grown out of as well as rounds of laser therapy to “wake up” parts of her brain that were not functioning as they should have been. I was unsure at first however believed we had nothing to lose as we were also exploring traditional treatments in the meantime. Eric however quickly proved himself and his theory- it only took 6 weeks for our daughter who had never taken a step to start walking on her own. She was also speaking clearer, more confidently and with age-appropriate vocabulary. The passion Eric and his team have for what they do is inspiring. We feel very lucky to have found Brain & Body Health as they’ve significantly improved our daughter’s quality of life.

I came across the book ‘Disconnected Kids’ by Dr Melillo in late 2022, and then actively sought out a Sydney based practitioner delivering the ‘Melillo Method’. Cue Eric and his team at Brain Body Health Gladesville. Eric very quickly established that my son (almost 5yrs) had several active primitive reflexes that should have integrated by 6-9months of age. These reflexes have kept his brain and body in a state of survival (fight/flight), and as a result incredibly difficult to parent and engage with. Eric is knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. My son loves his sessions with Eric and Sean, and works hard on the home exercises too. My husband and I have been ecstatically watching our son transform right in front of our eyes! After 6 weeks of this process, we’ve noticed ease at holding his hand (rather than squirming/pulling away/hitting or kicking me), more affection (he says ‘I love you’ and initiates a cuddle) and improved emotional regulation (able to be upset but not physically lose the plot with screaming etc). I simply can’t stop talking about the success of this method! Brain balance, the Melillo Method and neuro science is where it’s at for the treatment of neurological issues. Just WOW! Eric is by far the best chiro of all time. People pay hundreds of dollars to see a functional doctor as reguar gps only cure symptoms and not the root cause. Eric is a functional doctor as his approach as a chiro is holistic. He is really genuine about helping and fixing people. He pinpointed my gut issues and has really helped with a 4 year struggle. No specialist, gastrologist, neurologist, gp have ever come close. He speaks from his own personal experience. I'm so glad I was introduced to him. My friend kept raving on about him saying 'go see Eric, go see Eric' but I didn't want to see a chiro. I wanted a physio at that time. After finally seeing Eric - he is the person I go to, to fix any persistent issue. The customer service is also really friendly and accommodating to any lateness. 10/10
