Prince Alfred Rooftop & Bar
Came here on Thursday for their $17 steaks night. The steak was ok, the chips and salads were ok as well. The place was pretty busy, most of them were uni students. Besides the steaks night, they’ve got $16 parmas on Tuesday and $16 burgers on Wednesday.

It's not a bad place to hang out. Food is alright and beers are plenty.They didn't pick up their phone so we couldn't make reservations, the penny floor tiles are a slippery so be extra careful if it's a wet day.

Food was nice, ordered chiko roll in pumpkin soup for andré, then vegemite carbonara for main course, Desert was digestive biscuits with sliced donutdon’t know why they named this pub after genital peircing but whatever

Lovely place to hangout for drinks and bar food. The staff are great, very helpful and professional. It gets rather busy in the evenings. We were a big group and had made a reservation prior. The online booking system is very good. Our drinks were served perfectly and the food was delicious too! Looking forward to visiting again sometime soon hopefully!

Had their Parma. A pub classic where you can't go wrong. The Parma was quite good. Nice and thick chicken breast well cooked with a thin slice of ham, parma sauce and heaps of melted cheese. Unfortunately the chips were below par. Crinkle cut variety served here lacked both crispness on the outside and softness inside.

I was here years ago and since then they have renovated the place with bright colours, new seating and a complete new design upstairs.Not much of a view from the rooftop bar but you do get the midday sun and they do have outdoor heaters.A good variety of beers on tap with happy hours between 4 and 6.

This place is great, they have delicious food and good beers. It's always a nice atmosphere and plenty of places to sit. They do student discounts on jugs of beer and have specials every night of the week. Monday is a $15 vegan special. They also have pub trivia on a Thursday night starting at 7pm. The only thing I'd say is maybe the food is a bit overpriced for what you get, the meals are on the smaller side, but still very tasty.
