Brows Expert

I had my eyebrows extended. She did what I wanted with all her heart. But the shop was unsanitary and dirty. The other staff were not friendly and the expression was not good

I am so upset I went for lamination and came home and cried !I had thicker shape eyebrows that have been hacked and cut so shirt will take em 6months to now grow back!!!!I had a lamination in which may I add on the brochure I had be given couple months ago had $75 for wax, tint and lamination in which I was charged $107 and please note I never care about paying for quality so I didnt say anything.I asked for wax and she threaded my eyebrows and they are so thinI asked please dont tint to dark and as she was trying to take walkins whilst doing mine I ended up walking out looking like I had 2 giant black worms across my forehead.My eyebrow hair is lierally stuck to my forehead and cant be styled properley and is soin short i have patches missing!!!!!I hate to be so negative but if you are going to charge full price at least have people whom know whay they are doing!!!If i could post a photo i would so upset and disapointed!!

Done threading yesterday. I had a best time there and they were so lovely people. I loved it and definitely will be there soon. Thanks for the great service guys.

I’ve been coming here since the day it opened. From day one I’ve been impressed by the way Amrita does my eyebrows. The girls are super friendly and hold them close to my heart. The exceptional work they do from eyebrows to lashes is amazing.

One day, my sister Shana convinced me to come along with her to get my eyebrows threaded because mine were getting a bit much. I always expect it to hurt but I was so impressed by Amrita’s service and how gentle she threaded that now I always try go with my sister. I highly recommend her and the rest of the staff at Brows Expert.

Thank you for understanding and communication. ı don't want any refund or compansation, also don't want her to be in trouble. I know she is learning and I hope business owners support them. Please next time make sure that experineced ones help them. Thank you again

I regret coming here..I walk past this place all the time and figured it'd be nice to support a local business, but my eyebrows are literally so thin now and will take me AGES to grow it back out..This is also the first time anyone has shaped my eyebrows this way (regardless of wax or threading)It's also pretty expensive..On top of that, the ladies serving me weren't very friendly.. and at the end of it all, it was almost as if they couldn't look me straight in the eye cos they knew how bad my eyebrows looked..It's honestly so disappointing because if they were good, i would've booked myself in for a tint as well and probably would've been fine paying that price.Please please do better. I actually wanted to put in a really good review prior to walking in.

The staff here are amazing, honestly they always do the best job on my eyebrows!They take their time and have excellent precision, I always get compliments on my eyebrows after I go here.They sometimes have a wait time but they are worth the wait.

I only ask to clean my eyebrows then without asking her client she shaped them and made them to thin she didn’t even tell me that is shaping it and I am just only 15 and I never felt that embarrassed before and I told her multiple times don’t touch them but she still she was not even listening to what I was saying she ruined them I didn’t want to touch them and I explained it very good so she can understand because I am young and I never wanted to touch them she didn’t even try and fix it and she made me pay the same price even though she knew that she did and I had the worst experience ever

They messed up my lash extensions. It looks horrible as it was visibly uneven so I cut some parts off. It’s painful when I blink and stings my eye randomly. This cost a 100 and definitely not worth it
