Exact Radiology Clinics

Tried this morning after 10 minutes gave up ..trying again as I type this...If exact is so busy all the time perhaps they should consider more staff this is ridiculous ..happens all the time !!!! Looks like imed " is truly better on so many levels...I'm done .."

The best customer service you will receive at a radiology clinic! A special mention to Brooke, thankyou so much for the help today with organising a wheelchair for me and waiting out the front of the clinic until I arrived. The customer service that brooke offered me was professional and kind. She went our of her way to organise a wheelchair for me and made my experience at the clinic fantastic. I was seen to within 15 mins and was spoken to kindly and professionally. I highly recommend this clinic.

The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because I had to go for an emergency ultrasound recently and Kelsey downstairs was absolutely wonderful.The reason this place is just terrible is because not once, but twice, we were told, and received the wrong date through text the first time, and nothing the second!When I called and booked in the appointments, I wrote them down, as people do. They were both for a Monday morning and due to being pendantic and OCD with making sure I had the correct day and time, I rang twice the week before to confirm (once due to confusion from my mother too)..the girl I spoke to repeated what I had written down but when we arrived, we were told that we were 2 days early….. Not impressed! Wasn’t an error on our end because I showed the girl the text and the note in my phone..So we rebooked for the next week, I rang twice to double check during that week, we arrived on the Monday morning and AGAIN were told WRONG DAY!!!!!Neither girl had very pleasant attitudes either and made it seem like we were somehow disturbing them by asking how this had happened..I don’t know if the girls working there need glasses or if there’s a serious vendetta in your computer program against us personally, but we won’t be back again unless it’s emergency like it was for me last fortnight and the doctor couldn’t get me in anywhere else.Be grateful that you have Kelsey working (in ultrasound downstairs) for you. She is a delight! She is helpful and explains everything and makes you feel at ease.Thank you Kelsey for trying to bring a bit of humour into yet another horrible day in my life.

It’s a great experience once you get in. But you MUST work on the booking and customer service. I always have to call again and again to book an appointment and I often give up after being on hold for half an hour. Sure during the floods and when you had staff away with Covid but now it just seems like you can’t be bothered to properly staff reception to man the phones. The other clinics around ipswich do not do this and it’s a headache .

Tried getting a pelvic scan from here twice now. Twice in 2 weeks I’ve prepared for this scan (drinking and holding fluid) had to get med certs to take work off for these scans as well then right before both scans they’ve cancelled on me because 1. they messed up my appointment time and then couldn’t even accomodate for me in their clinic ready to go with a full bladder and 2. Sonographer being sick and still unable to accomodate me ready to go with a full bladder. Wouldn’t recommend going here if you have ovary cysts and feel constant pain and don’t wanna prepare for scans they don’t even make time to do for you even at their own mistakes

Tried to make an appointment and was on hold for 45 minutes before I just gave up. Terrible service. Rang IMED in Ipswich and a lovely lady answered the phone within a few minutes and booked an appointment.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Exact Radiology Riverlink. The technician was extremely patient with my very nervous/shy 4 year old and got her talking within the first few minutes (which is so rare!) she ended up laying still the entire time and has even asked to go back and see him. Will absolutely be recommending to others. Thank you so much again!

I'm so sick of waiting on the phone for 20+ mins to make a booking. This has happened every single time (5+ times) I've rung Exact North Ipswich and Exact at the Uni. I don't have that kind of time during my work day to sit here on the phone trying to book in for my ultrasound. Unacceptable

Tried ringing several times only to be on hold for over 20 minutes and still no one answered. I had already tried to book an appointment last Thursday online and was told I would hear from someone within 24hrs it’s now Tuesday and haven’t heard anything at all. Very disappointed with this horrible service
