Revolutions Geraldton - Bicycle Sales, Hire & Service

We were on holidays in Kalbarri when my wife's bike's Rear Derailleur dropout broke. I contacted Adam at Revolution and with in ten minutes he phoned me back and said he had the part. Adam arranged the courier for me. I received the part still the same day and my wife and I could still go for a ride. The reason for my five star review, is the friendly efficient service that I got from Adam could not be beaten. Thank you Adam that we could still go cycling in Kalbarri and that we did not bring our bikes from Perth in vane.

Highly commend the team at revolutions for their genuine service, expertise and supportBeing New in town, I walked in to the shop on a very busy day, unknown to the team, me with a very vague idea of what I wanted, and little expertise in the area of bikes to figure it out plus a very low end of the scale budget,( I’ve met the of odd mechanic and service providers of the years that this would be a instant ‘too busy’ or more so chaaaa Ching, instant upsell time)Yet Regardless of my low budget and being super busy, each of the revolutions team members went out of their way to contribute to creating exceptional service experience, really listened to my needs with a upbeat,easy going and genuine vibe, they also worked together to come up with options and perfect solution suitable supporting me exactly where I’m at and also share their expert knowledge.From my POV this is a business and team that provides a true and genuine service for the people and community.Much appreciated, highly recommend

Dropped in and hired a couple of bikes from Paul to tour the Geraldton foreshore. Had a great time and Paul was more than helpful kitting us out with the right gear for a really nice afternoon ride.
