Bungendore Showgrounds supply easily accessed campsites on fairly level ground surrounded by farm land. There are an abundance of trees skirting the grounds and dotted throughout which attract wonderful bird life, mornings and late afternoons. Kookaburras, Magpies and Cockatoos choral (or squawk) from the trees. The area is quiet and relaxing. Caretakers are friendly and helpful and maintain the grounds. So glad that we stayed here and will use the next time that we are in the area.

Basic showground site with plenty room, some shade, amenities block being refurbished, so temporary portable showers and toilets meet basic needs. Couple kms from town, camp kitchen has BBQ but no stove. $25 p/n power site about average for showground site. Most sites have some slope. No TV reception, bore water in use.

Caretakers are friendly.$25 a night $5 extra adult.Pet friendly.Camp kitchen good.Amenities good.Lots of space.Listen to the birds & cows.One camper saw a fox.Close to town or Queanbeyan/Canberra.

Plenty of room We weren't told much like where the dump point was that there was a laundry $4 a load the washing machine laundry were absolutely filthy even though you needed a key ro get in.I informed the care taker who wasn't the slightest bit interested.A lot of dead branches hanging down from trees which could easily be removed for safety reasons again not interested

Excellent venue. Big rigs thru to motorcycle swags.Caretakers are very helpful and accommodating.Watch the sheep dogs training or the ultralights doing their thing - close to Bungendore and quiet at night.Showers / laundry / communal kitchen all in good order - highly recommended.

Very good value for money. Very friendly staff. Amenities were clean and well looked after. Big sites and lots of shade. Only half an hour away from Canberra.

Along with Murrumburrah probably the best run Showground as far as camping goes in NSW. Excellent facilities, wide sites so not cramped. Caretakers are great.

Attended the Country Rocks festival at the show ground. This was our first Musical event in a quaint country town. This show-ground is certainly set up well. The female amenities were the best I’ve even seen at a show-ground. The toilets were exceptionally clean and had hot running water to wash your hands. The cleanliness of the space blew my mind and clear that the maintenance team take pride in the care of the space.

Nice clean amenities shower block new and well maintained. Can tend to be a few flies but tolerable. Lots of birds.
