Really enjoyable place for a stroll and cup of coffee. Great to sit on the grass under the trees, walk the river boardwalk or stroll through the small sculpture park on the other side of the foot bridge. (Some ore would be great)

Good stop over spot when travelling along the Newell highway. Clean toilets and good park for the kids to play in.. nice little Cafe there that does gluten free food and awesome hot chocolates

Had coffee and a snack at the food van , i can't think of another name for it but it is more permanent than a van, very friendly service abd some good choices on the menu

Lovely place to stop for lunch and to stretch the legs. Has lots of playground equipment including a wheelchair swing. Also has 2 outdoor gym areas. Lots of undercover tables and bbq. Lots of tables around the grass area. Heaps of space. Ducks in the dam. Clean toilet block. RV dump point. Room for caravan parking on the road beside the reserve. Well done Parkes.

What a beautiful place to stop at. We parked overnight in our motorhome and had a stroll around the park. Also made use of the bodyweight exercise equipment there. There is also a wonderful little coffee shop
