An excellent place to leave your fer baby. They take dogs and cats. We've left our cat there over 4 times, and he comes back healthy and happy. 5 stars all the way.

4paws did a great job looking after our Lola over Easter 2023 , thanks again she was happy there.

Thank you so much for our happy dogs. We were anxious to get back to the resort because we had not left our dogs before. We are now sitting on the couch with 2 very happy, content dogs. They did not cry or bark when we arrived today so they were very well looked after.

Can't recommend enough. Our dog Tilly looks forward to going and they always match her with similar energetic dogs.

Absolutely appalled with the level of 'care' we experienced after leaving our dog with this 'Resort' for 10 days. As you can see via the photos, our dog was returned to us severely underweight, having lost three kilograms during this period - something our vet is horrified with. As you can see from the photos, she is so skinny you can see her ribs and her spine - simply not good enough for the $550 we paid for this period of her stay. Additionally, she is lethargic, refuses to eat, and hasn't moved from her bed. Her personality has completely shifted. For reference, we have used All 4 Paws and Claws three times previous, and no such issue. But we are disgusted and truly horrified with the treatment of our beloved dog. Not good enough!

Our dog became severely ill whilst in their care, with a serious infection and pancreatitis. Our dog spent 5 nights in the 24 hour care vet and was on the verge of death. Despite noticing that our dog wasn’t eating on the Monday night, we were not notified that he was sick. It was only noticed by us when we picked him up on Tuesday… by then he was severely dehydrated. There was zero follow up from the staff about how our dog was and absolutely no care at all. When my husband contacted them via email we were sent a reply full of excuses, including that we should have updated them about our dogs condition ( sorry to not make that a priority when I was dealing with our almost dead dog) then indicated we can’t be upset about not being notified because the person who cleaned his cage on Tuesday and noticed he was completely immobile was a high school work experience student. The email was also full of complete lies of the conversation my husband had with the staff. We had made it very clear that our dog needed certain foods and yet he ended up having a pancreatitis attack (often caused by low quality or fatty food) or dog also had a severe infection and was healthy and fine when we dropped him to the kennel . We can only assume the virus was picked up from their kennels. So basically our dog was sick on Monday and they didn’t bother to give medical attention. Just sent in their work experience student.I have followed up myself to advise of the disappointment in their response as well as their lack of care and customer service and haven’t even received a reply. If you value your pets well-being and health avoid this place.

After another kennel was unable to house our dog due to their yards not being secure enough, we contacted all4paws Dixon's creek to see if they could help. They were friendly and professional. Our boy loved his stay with plenty of stimulation to keep him active during his stay. Thanks for coming to our rescue and look forward to using you guys again.

Words can’t explain how grateful we are for All For Paws and Claws! Our dog Winnie is a handful, but every time we pick her up from All for Paws and Claws, the staff tell us how good she was. She played with all the dogs and staff and was loved and cared for. Makes going on holiday less stressful knowing our little friend is so well looked after. They’re tolerant, knowledgeable dog handlers and it’s a great opportunity for your dog to socialise and learn from other dogs and experienced trainers. She absolutely loves it there and comes home exhausted! They even bath her before she leaves all fluffy and clean. Extremely reasonably priced compared to other kennels. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Will never put our dog there again, he had lost weight and smells of urine and we were late to pick him up by 45min because we had our flights suspended twice and all the time were in contact with them to let them know we would be late,not once did they mention a fee and the older lady was very abrupt with us when we got there.
