Just on the edge of town and a great walk around the dam which is wheelchair friendly. Abundant bird life to feed. Picnic tables but need a clean before use. Public toilet. A hide to spy on the bird life. Tree's and grasses native to the area. Great for children to check out nature.

Beautiful reservoir with lots of bird wildlife around the lake. Pleasant walk around the lake and through the grassland area with plenty of photo opportunities for bird lovers or nature photographers. A few places to picnics, toilet facilities and great for children. Wheelchair and pushchair friendly, and a great hour or two spent here.

Local park filled with wildlife. A serene park to have a evening scroll looking at the water lilies. Really loved the huge reservoir filled with flowers.

First week of March in Traralgon was not cold at all. Beautiful walk around the railway reservoir. Pedestrian Bridge and walkways under construction, even though the complex date has passed.

Beautiful area, plenty to see here for bird watchers, be careful when walking your dog though as a few ruin it for others by ignoring the multiple signs at the entrances asking for you to keep your dog on a leash 'AT ALL TIMES' unfortunately people seem to be ignorant and self entitled.

Fantastic local, natural parkland with lake. Easy to access, parking for several cars, easy walk around the lake. Take your time and look for the bird life, butterflies, dragonflies, tiny tiny fish at the edge of the lake.I definitely recommend this park for a leisurely stroll around the lake.And take a picnic! Because there are several spots with benches and picnic tables.

Traralgon Railway Reservoir Conservation Reserve
This is a lovely place with some great natural wildlife. We love taking our dog for a walk here and it has some great connections to walk to it. There is a rather small car park which is never really full, and a lovely walk overlooking the lake. The canyon is great for smaller children to play up and down the sides. There are ducks there as well which you can feed and I regularly see people doing so.

This is a beautiful nature reserve hidden away in Traralgon that has a gravel walking track, plenty of seating with picnic tables, public toilets and information signs. The lake is nice with birdlife and many water lillies and also a viewing platform. There is parking available.

This was a beautiful morning out for me and my 4 year old. It has toilets and water and nice places to sit with kids for a picnic. Very picturesque on a gorgeous May day. Easy to navigate with prams and bikes
