My mum went to buy some flowers for my older sister for her birthday, my older sister has 2 cats so she asked for a bouquet with filled with only roses as they are safe for cats. The florist that served her said she had cats herself and knew what was and wasn’t safe for cats, clearly she didn’t as she gave my mum a bouquet that included 3 types of flowers that are TOXIC to cats and could kill them. Luckily I checked to see if those flowers were toxic before my mum gave them to my sister because otherwise her cats could have end up seriously ill and in the emergency vet. Both my mum and I are very upset after paying $59 for the bouquet that we can’t give to my sister and now have to buy a whole new bouquet and keep the original toxic bouquet at our house, a total waste of money. To sum it up, don’t trust these people to tell you what flowers are and are not toxic for pets, always get for yourself online.

Bruno is amazing and puts his all into his craft, every flower in the shop looks incredible and he is enthusiastic with his customer service and has an electric charisma. His custom flowers are incredible.

Extremely poor customer service. My order was canceled a week before the event due to mismanagement. I have ordered same as my previous order & sent pictures to verify the arrangements, however, I was told they can no longer proceed with the new order with the price I already paid for it weeks ago.Do Not Recommend this Flower Shop whatsoever!

I showed up late afternoon to pick up a romantic bunch of flowers for my dad to gift to his partner for her birthday, he didn’t have much left being the end of the day BUT was more than accommodating and put together the most beautiful rose ensemble and even told me that I was a fantastic customer. Great value and amazing service. Recommend 100%

Fantastic service, I ordered a corsages for my partners formal, and after a small miscommunication on dates the staff did everything they could to be accommodating and produces an amazing corsage in such a short period of time.It was by far one of the best corsages on the night and held up to the test of time.Will certainly order anything flower related from Rosita Flowers in the future.

Went to buy some sunflowers for an elderly relative who is in palliative care in a nursing home and wanted sunflowers because they make her happy, but I wasn't happy with having to pay $29 for only 3 flowers. But reluctantly did.

Extremely disappointed with this business and horrible experience with the gentleman who takes the orders over the phone. The bouquet I ordered for a friend looked nothing like the image displayed online. There was only a third of the amount of flowers of what there was meant to be and half of what flowers existed were dead. I called the mobile number provided for the business to complain of this and the gentleman was rude, unprofessional and obnoxious. He would take no responsibility for what had happened and told me to deal with it". He tried to argue that there was nothing wrong with the bouquet despite an obvious difference in images of the bouquet and the picture online which I had forwarded to the business via email. My wife and I bought a few bunches of flowers for her and her mother and we had some of the bet service we've ever had in Pacific Fair. Bruno was so friendly and welcoming and put the bouquet together beautifully. Couldn't recommend the shop or the customer service enough

Purchased a vintage formal corsage. It lasted not even 10 minutes. Very poorly constructed. When Rosita Flowers were contacted in regard to it they told me that it was our fault, that the young lady wearing it must of been too rough with it. This was not the case as it was handled very delicately. Will never be making another purchase of any kind from Rosita Flowers again. Their customer service is extremely poor.
