Their range is excellent and prices reasonable, but it's the attitude. First the guy on the phone sounded annoyed with me because THEY'D stuffed up the order. Then when I arrived it was like I was a nuisance. They have no competition in Geelong - they desperately need it!

Yes, as someone else mentioned, a competitor might do something to lower prices a little. However, I've bought items for myself and another and have always had a good experience with White Cross Healthcare's quick, efficient and obliging service. Finding a parking spot is an issue though.
