Mobile Experts Chermside

We just purchased 2 new iPads from Apple and made a poor decision to purchase screen protectors and cases for $200 from Mobile Experts Chermside. The screen protectors installed by the technician in-store lifted and bubbled within 24hrs and cases fell apart after a week of use. We went back into the store for a replacement but was rudely refused as they said they didn’t offer warranties on their cases and screen protector installation.Please do not make the same mistake we made and choose a reputable business that offers a reasonable level of customer service, adheres to Australian Consumer Law and will warrant the products and services they sell.

Rip offs and liars!!! Avoid this shop. Don’t waste your mow money. They sell sub-standard screen protectors that peel off. I returned with full receipt and they denied this was their product…such a rip off!! I was treated with such rudeness by the store manger….I have never experienced such disgusting service!! KEEP AWAY!!!

I used the store at chermside, a lady named Ruchi served me . I had a new battery installed in my old I phone.i received great service.that was about 4 months ago ,then this week my wife and myself went onto the store the same lass served us . Same great service thanks Ruchi for your time given to us to help

I was served by Ruchi at mobile experts today. I checked the prices against competitors and what she offered me was the most competitive. The repair went efficiently and smoothly. She was charismatic and professional. I can not fault her service or her work. Ruchi knows what she is doing and does it well. 10/10

Disgusting customer service. Came in with a case that didn’t do what was described and asked for a refund. The previous MagSafe case that was on the phone sat flat, but as we explained, this new case doesn’t. There was another clear MagSafe case on shelf in store that fitted flat to the phone so we could show that the case that was bought didn’t sit flat on the back of the phone and we just weren’t happy with the quality of the case. We were met with an incredibly rude tone from the girl behind the counter and telling us all MagSafe cases do that from otter. Wrong, they do not. Part of the refund policy is that ‘if the product doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed’ it is refundable. After explaining that the case doesn’t sit properly on the phone and can’t be easily fixed and therefore, qualifying for a refund, we were met with ‘sorry we’ll have to contact head office for approval’. I understand it isn’t the girls fault on how their refund process works, but the manner in which it was dealt was appalling. A little understanding from the workers on the poor quality of the case would’ve been appreciated but instead we were completely shutdown. Disregarded all of our concerns, didn’t listen at all and kept trying to ‘prove a point’, instead of acknowledging a fault with the product.

Ruchi, yes that’s her name. She’s excellent with customers and very helpful. I definitely recommend you check this place out if you need a great phone that works plus they are happy to chuck in a few free accessories. Thanks Ruchi

I bought an iPhone 14 pro max case and two days later it started coming unglued near the camera.. I asked for a refund and the best they can do is replace it when all I want is a refund since it’s clear it will happen again.Really dissatisfied and won’t be coming back.

Rude staffs, poor service, poor skills, I paid $50 for a screen protector and bubbles came up 2 days later. They did the second time and bubble came back again. Refused to give me refund and told me to contact their support team on website. Same thing, refused on refund and careless customers. Don’t waste your money and life with these idiots. It’s ok for you charge $50 for a protector; but please do your job right. Useless

Horribly rude staff and wouldn’t initially abide by the Australian consumer laws with a defective item.
