The store itself was well-organized and had a wide range of products available. I was impressed by the variety of items on offer, from hardware supplies to garden equipment. The prices were also very competitive, and I found myself picking up several items that were great value for money.However, one issue I encountered during my visit was the difficulty in getting help from staff. At times, it was challenging to find a staff member who was available to assist with my queries. When I did find someone, they were knowledgeable and helpful, but the wait time could be a little frustrating.

We to Bunnings today to get the charcoal for the out doors. The place is huge and has in build cafe, tool shop and kids playing area. You can leave your kids in play zone and shop. There is lot of parking spaces are available for free. Even you can purchase plants and soil for your garden or backward .

Typical Bunnings, it is slightly smaller than the surrounding Bunnings. They keep a good amount of stock, and prices are fair. Much cheaper than their competitors. Bunnings is where I bought all my home renovation supplies. Revamped the whole house through bunnings. Apart from the electrical as I am a sparky. They shouldn't sell PowerPoint's, cable, circuit breakers, etc. It's only encouraging home DIY. It's something to take seriously as we do a gruelling 4 year apprenticeship for a reason.

I always find staff helpful & friendly never any problems.Who ever collects the shopping trolleys needs to go to the undercover car park at the shopping centre, last week i counted 9 of their trolleys there some have been there for weeks.

Staff are so friendly. Except the two ladies pushing one trolley that couldn't stop to help us. I mean, you really need the two of you to push one trolley? Lift your game! Blonde hair lady with tattoos was amazing! Thanks to her :)

Juliana from paint shop is the best , I needed the colour to paint a drywall the computer was not picking up the colour from the peace of old drywall she tried 15 min manually the colour was perfect match.

I'll give Bunnings full credit for consistantly employing incompetent people. Lack of care, no attention to detail All to hard passing the buck from one department to another. I waited 15 to 20 minutes at the special order counter and they stuffed up the order no thanks to person in-charge then I told them that their isn't a trade discount applied staff comment go to refunds they will sort it out, so I did explained to staff member what just happened she was very helpful all sorted out by the refund staff I'm sure what her name is I think it's ersa she one of the oldest employees. She was working on the refund counter 26/1/23 @ 1.30pm...a simple transaction ( Samsung smart lock) took one hour to sort out..every time I come to Bunnings I expect to be stuffed around.

The things we've wanted/needed/tried to get are often out of stock, despite the website saying this store has it. I don't know what's going on with that, but I suspect poor inventory management. We go to a different Bunnings now, especially for click and collect orders.

Usually I would rate the service here hit and miss however tonight I was served by Isobel at the register. All I can say is she's an asset to your team and provides great customer service.
