White sand, crystal clear water, lots of room. The beach itself is long enough for a decent walk, and there's a mix of native bush and densely planted flowers to anchor the foreshore. The road is literally metres away, but you can hardly hear anything except the lapping of the waves. Definitely recommend for a quiet walk, swim or picnic

The eye beach is a mixed affair. When the tide is in and you are up past the yacht club the beach is quite small. Further down towards the pier there is more room. There is car parking all over the place. A boat ramp, kids swings, grass, public toilets and shops across the street. The breach is safe and friendly. Shallow for ages.

Lots of space, plenty of camping. Safe swimming beaches for the kids. Choose your beach carefully to avoid the Sea-Doo crowd.

I used this place for the beachside parking. There's room for wind Surfers and kite boarders to park and get their stuff unpacked on the grass. It's a 25 metre walk to the shoreline at the shallow Bay beach. There's a playground, bbq and toilets a little farther along and a bike track for a great family ride through the trees.

Just one stop up is the off leash dog beach and it’s great. Super clean and not too busy, just enough other dogs and people to have a good time. Our Lola loves it!

Love this spot. Great for small kids as it's shallow and no current. Perfect for splashing around and parents not needing to worry about waves bowling little ones over. Often easy to get a secluded spot. Just park by the speedlimit sign and walk through the caravan park past the toilet block and your little piece of paradise awaits

This is a beautiful place to go for a day trip on a summers day. Parking may prove difficult but it's all worth it once you are swimming in the ocean. This is a fantastic place for a dip.
