The person that answered the phone was a champion! I accidentally ordered online on the wrong location (Mentone) and was calling to let them know as I was not going to pick up. They were gracious and offered a refund. I cannot thank them enough for being understanding and providing excellent customer service. Ten out of ten!

Ate here some time ago and got sick from eating a BBQ chicken pizza...however, my parents continue to come back as they love the pizza.My whole family came back for lunch out despite my past experience. I didn't order food, just an iced mocha with almond milk as I'm intolerant to dairy. When I got my drink, there was whipped cream on top, so I double checked what it was made with. The girl said she forgot about it and made the whole thing with dairy. Normal milk, whipped cream and ice cream. Had I drank this, I would've been super sick!!!! She then came back after saying she'd make it again, to tell me they don't have almond milk.My family ordered pizza's and a garlic pizza for everyone to share. The dough was raw. They put it back in the oven and when it came back was pretty much darkened on top but the dough still raw.On top of all that, they didn't make my mums pizza. The girl that messed up my order didn't put through my mums vegetarian pizza. So while dad and my brother had theirs, mum had to go up and find out what happened to her pizza, only to be told the order never went through.We've been going to La Porchetta since the original one opened with Rocky....sad to say, we won't be returning. New ownership at most locations has destroyed this name and reputation. Nothing is good anymore, poor service, stale food and powdered food (using powdered egg on Aussie Pizza now) as an example.

Just had a medium Mexican pizza most of it ended up in the bin not cooked properly or cut properly Thursday pizza maker on the 8th of June some cooking retraining might be needed

Lovely service friendly people who helped out with a massive school order and we're super grateful. The pizza is consistent and has an excellent medium thickness base. The toppings are fresh and generous.

I don't usually post reviews on google. But the service I get at Laporchetta Mentone, was amazing and delicious food too. Pizza was amazing. Had a little chat with Mahish, the Indian manager. He made really nice coffee for us. He really knows, how to run the place like this. Definitely going back for the pizza and pasta.

Amazing food and service always but the prices are starting to become like pancake parlour.. 2 people = $100 plus..Taking the family your pushing $300..

Food was dry,It was like the pizza bases were made earlier in a day as when I got there around 630 it was dried out flavour less base.My wife ordered the seafood platter and that was sent to the table around 7/10 minutes before I got my Pizza.

For an upper class area you would think a restaurant would be nicer than this. For starters the toilets are disgusting and the doors don’t even close properly in the females, graffiti and not clean.Ordered 5 meals and a meal didn’t get put throughThe seafood platter had more garlic on it than seafood, un edible it was that disgustingWouldn’t recommend at all.

Been here a few times. Alway go for the Original La Porchetta pizza. Partner had the mushroom pizza and we had a few drinks. Never really that busy when we are in for lunch on weekends. Staff prompt and inviting. Just a good place to grab a bit. Whenever we are in the area we drop in. Parking in front usually hard, but lots of parking around on street neae by. Is a very large space, so you do notice when not many people. Good Italian themed interior.

Fast plenty of food easy to park...great family place. HAS vegetarian options.. been going there for more than 10 years ...economical for families
