Balcombe Estuary Reserve
Beautiful serene spot walking or birdwatching . Kookaburras were spotted today. A few benches along the boardwalk to sit and admire the peaceful creek . Fishing also possible from a few spots on boardwalk .

Balcombe Estuary Reserve
Great little spot on the Mornington Peninsula. Stretching from the mouth of the Balcombe right up deep into dense mangroves, this is a great spot for a walk or a fish. The contrast of environments is quite fascinating, you've got the sandy beach at the mouth, which quickly changes to a very similar environment to a Westernport estuary. Very cool

Nice walk along boardwalk. Lots of animals to see. Easy grade. Good for dogs but make sure to keep them on leash.

Balcombe Estuary Reserve
Good took the kayak from bridge upstream to oval nice easy paddle. Need to pick the time & tide as water level can be shallow in open mud flats.

Love this spot in winter with the fireplaces, boardwalk is a short but good walk with young kids. Small playground with toilet facilities and little pier out onto the estuary

Balcombe Estuary Reserve
Pram friendly. Beautiful n easy walkway. Was not crowded when we went on a hot weekend (everyone was at the beach instead). Spotted huge fish and wild Rabbits. Twisted and upside down gum trees were nice to see. Kids can have fun with chalk art on the wooden pavements(chalk pieces were kept there).

Balcombe Estuary Reserve
Great walking tracks can do a few hrs on these tracks - walked for 1 hr today due to stage 4 restrictions. Anyway if you get a chance when restrictions are lifted you will love the walks.
