Fitzroy Gardens
Lovely and charming park. A lot of benches to sit and contemplate about life. Good spot to go for a walk or a date. You should check this park out if you have nothing to do in Melbourne

One of the best gardens in the city. Although the weather was not good, but we managed to walk around and see decent spots around the area. Each section has specific features, so you won't feels bored. On the contrary, you keep going to discover new things ✨️.

Fitzroy Gardens is a magical place to walk through and enjoy an extensive array of majestic trees, beautiful gardens and landscaping. Walkways through and across the park, and even some exciting little secret little walkways for the adventurers that will take you on a journey through lush and gorgeous plants, shrubbery & tree arrangements, and more! The many beautiful trees and plants are always perfectly maintained and there are many large grassy areas also, where you might enjoy a picnic, or exercising activities, walking, or maybe just sit on a bench seat and have a break, ease your mind and just soak in all of the incredibly spectacular beauty surrounding you.

Melbourne has many marvellous parks and gardens and Fitzroy is no exception. It is beautifully maintained wth intersecting paths and toilets within easy reach.. Captain Cooks Cottage makes for good photos, and the tea rooms(try the excellent coffee,) are near lovely areas for a family gathering.

Discovered this park a few days ago while exploring the city with a friend.Compared to Flagstaff and Carlton gardens, this place seems not as busy and there are few interesting this to do such as the conservatory and cook’s cottage.Definitely worth a stroll or a walk with your dog!

What a beautiful serene garden right next to the CBD. Extremely well maintained and autumn colours are just amazing there. Inside the gardens there is a miniature village which is very beautiful. Finding a free parking spot can be a challenge especially during weekends. Highly recommended
