increase price from $2 to $20. ask to cancel the service, call me and drop the price to $5. didn't confirm straight away. not bother to call again and just charge the full rate. confirm to cancel the service, has been told 60 days notice and cancellation fee applied. not happy at all. won't use VISY products or services for rest of my life.
