Not bad, not good. Only stay here if the location or cost makes the most sense.Upon arriving at 4:10pm after an 8 hour drive we were told the room wouldn't be ready for another 40 minutes. We had to complain about this for anything to be done about it (I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this is absolutely a first, even at budget hotels).The bathroom uses a supply air vent for exhaust, as a result any steam from showers doesn't properly exit the bathroom. Anyone using water in the neighbouring rooms adjusts your temperature. More than once I nearly had my backside burnt by the shower or had it start running ice cold.Place isn't exactly suitable for anyone with limited mobility - one hell of a hill on the driveway to bring luggage up.Fly screen door to the balcony doesn't close properly and the only cutlery available are tea spoons.The king" bed is two singles pushed together which is fairly standard

The view was beautiful, staff friendly, but the rooms need improvement, our room had a strong (Pub) smell, big stains on blinds, the heater was making loud weird noise in the middle of the night, the walls are paper thin, we could hear people next door talking and using their bathroom, the bed was spacious but not very comfortable, the pillows are poor quality so didn't get a good sleep. The breakfast was included but it's not buffet, you get one dish and one drink. Overall our experience wasn't amazing.

Fabulous location - stunning views. Rooms are comfy. Breakfast is available at the golf, and is quite unimpressive.

If I could give less than 1 start I would. First WOW what a joke from the car to the hotel with luggage. Then to be told the lift is out of order. You probably should contact customers before they check in and let them know. Could of been a real issue checking in with a disability. Heading down to the room not too bad. Get to the room. Horrified. There were marks all over the walls scuffs mostly but a few dirty stains one being a blood drip. The rest of the blood drips were on the balcony. Next up. Mould ew. Shower pressure so good that it wets the timber door frame and carpet and the split system was all dirty and dusty. The door frame had dirty water/condensation marks all around it and the carpet had as many stains as the walls. The sliding door tracks were filth. Looks like a vacuum cleaner upgrade is also needed. Managed to sleep one night there after vomiting most likely from being exposed to mould in such a small room. Paid for what was advertised as buffet breakfast to find the next morning it was just a pick one item from the menu type of thing. Next stop the lovely cleaners offered us some extra clean towels on the way back from breakfast we accepted and found one had dirty marks on it. Pillow also had dirty marks on it. The place just felt gross dark and dirty. Cleaning is more than dusting a couple of shelves, changing sheets and a quick vacuum. A chux eraser would get the walls clean in no time if it was actually ever attempted. We left our stay after one night and your staff were probably the only decent thing about the place giving us a refund on the night we didn’t stay without us having to ask. For an Accor/Mecure hotel it’s very disappointing.

Cute little room overlooking Portsea golf course. Very quiet being out of the way of any traffic or public areas.The bed was two singles pushed together, so for a couple, one of us always had the edge sticking into our backs.Otherwise was moderately clean and tidy.

An overnight stay pretty good. The bed was comfortable and dark even during the morning. Very low with amenities, only a single Long life milk in a minibar fridge. Maybe some more will be much appreciated specially with no room service overnight. The reception didn't promote us the breakfast, I was surprised, so I didn't tried the breakfast. Overall it's a great hotel in a relaxing place.

Only an overnight stay and didn't have breakfast, Room was nice and clean, bed comfortable and the staff are lovely. I'd definitely stay again

Great hotel in beautiful location. Great service and yummy breakfast. Unfortunately the weather was not supportive, very windy and raining all days, so couldn't explore the surrounding.

We were offered a standard room in the hotel for two nights during December. The bathroom is tiny and barely enough for one person. Shower was not functioning well. The room had a courtyard view but no privacy, because the golf buggy stop station had accesss to the courtyard therefore couldn't open the door to get fresh air and kept the blinds closed. We felt very sick and like in a prison. Also there was a door to access carpark/golf area at the courtyard with a broken lock and felt insecure. The safe deposit box wasn't working. The windows were not cleaned and blinds were dirty. The carpet is old and needs replacing. Air-conditioning unit was too large for the room and just straight inline to the bed. It wasn't also properly working with noisy fan and full of dust. This is like a studio room and suffice for solo travellers who is here for a quick night stay and I wouldn't recommend for a couple who is here to relax and getaway.
